Paid $30 for broken chips, and something that was supposed to be a crunch wrap supreme. It was so over cooked it was uneditable. Please see the picture. When I pulled up I said hello, I got stared at. Great service. This neighborhood waited so long to have something outside of a pizza place, only to be disappointed with this place. I wanted so badly for it to be successful, but I’ll never be back. This isn’t the first, second or third time I’ve had a poor experience, but it’s definitely the last time.

I know it’s Taco Bell and you can’t expect much, but this place seems to go above and beyond to do everything wrong. We have gone probably 4 times total and EACH time something was wrong or missing or the customer service was beyond awful. Today our nachos were dumped (I’m sure purposely) upside down in our bag. When we fished all of the nachos out there was literally 6-8 chips in each bag LOL. Both cups of nacho cheese were open and got all over our other items. We ordered online so it’s not like we were rude to them or anything. But they sure are rude to you for no reason! I do not expect stellar customer service. I know it’s a hard job. But when I say thank you and you throw food/drinks at me and slam the window in my face, or yank my card out of my hand with attitude we have a problem. We are officially done.

still the reigning champ of worst taco bell in louisville. gave them another chance 6+ months after several bad experiences. old crusty tortillas, everything cold, put crunchy tacos on the bottom of the bag under heavier burritos, and you’d think there’s a bonus for the person who can put the smallest amount of meat possible on a taco. never again.

People working inside are rude and dismissive. Got 3 quesadillas and none of the cheese was melted and all the insides were lumped into one small section of the tortilla. It’s ridiculous to pay $30 for fast food but when they can’t even bother to warm up the food it makes it infuriating. Don’t go here

RANCID. If you have ever tasted rancid oils you’ll never forget it. This location clearly isnt rotating their dry good and following expiration. I was given the most foul food I have eaten in a very long time. Look. We know Taco Bell isnt gourmet but the difference between tasteful trashy and actual rotten trash is dangerous and careless.

I know it’s Taco Bell and it generally sucks, but literally everything I got was cold and soggy. It had been sitting for way too long. I work in a kitchen, I get how kitchens work. But they are making food sit around way too long to reduce waste. It doesn’t even seem like it was under a warmer. I am beyond disappointed and still so hungry don’t waste your time or your money. It may not even be the workers fault management may be trying to reduce waste in an unsafe and inedible way, but it shouldn’t matter.

Have given this location many a chance, but this was the last straw. Usually my order is just wrong or missing something, and if they pack it in the bag it’s ⅓ of the serving for every ingredient listed. However, this time there was some mysterious black chalky substance on my nacho chips, adjacent to ash, or God knows what. It wasn’t on every chip, so I’m glad I kept an eye out while unpacking my food. This was also present inside a closed cheese cup. Do not eat here unless you are willing to gamble with your life and I mean that so seriously, I do not believe the staff believes in food safety or quality control at all.
