This morning we stopped at this Hardee’s to get breakfast. The cashier was cranky and not in a good mood. She handed the cash back rough like and handed out bag of food to us really rough. This isn’t the first time. I understand people have bad days, but please don’t take it out on the customers. I’ve worked in fast food before and I know that the customers are sometimes not always right. In this case we did absolutely nothing wrong. If you can’t handle working fast-food, work else where!
As far as the food, it wasn’t all that great. The biscuits were hard and not buttery. It seemed as if they were placed in a microwave or something. Not saying that’s what happened, but still.

In my opinion the food is very satisfactory, it taste really good. The type of menu it has is typical for a fast food hamburger establishment nothing too special. The dessert items are very limited in this establishment compared to other fast food eateries. The breakfast is also good but sadly as I write this review the monster biscuit has been gone for a while, they took it off the menu and it was the biggest biscuit they had who knows why. The cleanliness of this place ain’t that great to be honest and customer service is questionable here and there. It does get really busy around certain times, the time that i found to have less people is in the afternoon like around 6:30 everyother time i assume is packed because it is beside a really busy road and is popular among workers when its time for their break or want some breakfast before work. All around its a good place to get a satisfactory quick bite so come check this place out if you haven’t already.

The lady that runs the store is so incredibly mean to her employees. I was standing in the lobby waiting for my order this morning and she was absolutely berating one of her employees at the front counter about a missing biscuit from a drive thru order. That is my old lettuce off my sandwich. The fries were decent and my bread was crusted like it was toasted and stale. Not coming back for lunch. Never have a problem with breakfast. But it’s like they give up for lunch.

Was craving a Frisco burger today, love them. After slow drive thru response, didn’t seem to be anyone else in the restaurant, i figured I’d at least get a proper Frisco. Instead got this untoasted thing and old fries. Second time like this here.
