Bistro 821 is a popular local restaurant where the locals come to dine. We feature an extensive menu of the best dishes from over 30 years in downtown Naples. For parties of 10 or more please contact us directly for your reservation. Private Dining Room Available that seats up to 32 guests. Happy Hour is available daily at the bar including discounted appetizers and drinks. Our service is friendly, attentive and unpretentious. We have a full liquor bar with creative cocktails and a fantastic wine list. Bistro 821 is a restaurant you will come to again and again, a place where you will be remembered. Outside dining is available but is first come first serve (and weather dependent). We are celebrating our 32nd anniversary in February 2026!

Wow! My first time to Naples and dining on 5th Ave and this did not disappoint! The experience felt very “top notch worthy of a Queen Elizabeth outing” from star to finish. The Waiter Sean was outstanding! I was impressed at his retention with names of all of us at the table as well as remembering our orders without writing anything down. He was very accommodating with my food allergies as well (gluten and tree nuts) and suggested modifications for menu items to meet my needs. I ordered a Goat Cheese Potato cake as my appetizer and a custom Risotto dish with blackened chicken as my main dish. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the risotto was full of flavor. My friends also enjoyed their dinners (pictured in review). We arrived later in the evening and sat outside which is perfect for people watching. Moments earlier I went to visit the tree in the square just about a minute away which made for a great photo op. The artwork inside the restaurant caught my eye as well so be sure to check that out. I highly recommend a stop here if you are in town visiting (I was in from NY) and can not wait to go back!

Our waiter was outstanding; clearly born to entertain and create a fun experience for guests. The meal was absolutely incredible. Do not skip the sea bass; it was the best fish I have ever tasted in my life! Also, treat yourself to a gin martini with hand-stuffed blue cheese olives, it’s the perfect finishing touch!

We visited Naples again, this time round with our 3 month old, and were made feel as welcome as the first time round. Everyone from the front of house to our server were so lovely and the food was just as we remembered – sensational!!

The wine is fine is a great deal. Bottle of wine and 2 entrees for 59$. My sole was cooked to perfection. Everything was seasoned to my liking. The waitress was excellent. Didn’t care of the TV’s and music choice.

We went out tonight 6/25 and had the best customer service I have ever received at any restaurant. John the bartender was awesome. I wish I could remember our servers name, if you see this we complimented your eyeshadow! She was impeccable and made our night unforgettable. The food was delicious but it was the service that left us speechless. Thank you both for being incredible. We all work/worked in the service industry and the kind of service we received today was priceless. Keep these employees forever and give them a raise! Thank you both again.

We had an amazing experience at Bistro 821 on Saturday 1/17, thanks largely to our waiter, Sean. He asked for our names and took both our drink and dinner orders without using a pen-impressive! The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made the night special was the personal touch. Highly recommend Bistro 821 for the food and standout service like Sean’s.

We visited Bistro821, and overall, it was a positive experience. The atmosphere is very pleasant, perfect for a quiet, tasteful dinner. I especially want to highlight the excellent service from Lauren, who was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of.
As for the food, our opinions were mixed. My girlfriend ordered the “Tenderloin Tips & Gorgonzola”, but unfortunately, she didn’t enjoy it. The flavor combination didn’t come together well, and it ended up having a burnt-like aftertaste that was quite off-putting.
On the other hand, I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked, and it came with an exquisite sauce that really elevated the dish.
In summary, Bistro821 offers a charming setting and top-notch service, but it might be worth revisiting the execution of some dishes to ensure a more consistent dining experience.
