I have been a customer at this location since the day they opened and have always been very pleased with my experiences!! The staff is awesome and the food is great, they always go above and beyond!!! Oh and definitely try the French Dip that just came out…it’s AMAZING!!! Meatball is great as well!!! Update… Another French dip… Deluxe!! I love this sandwich!!

I had a firehouse sub a couple years ago at a charity event. I recalled it being good. I drove by one and recalling that experience,on a whim decided to try again.
Bad decision. The outside looked like a tired old fast food joint, inside no better. Place was busy from online ordering, drive through, and walk ins. I ordered a roast beef small for $7. Wow I thought how reasonable, until after waiting 10 minutes for a slider sized piece of shredded (I think) roast beef and some melted stuff(cheese?). No lettuce,tomato,onion. How unappealing, threw it right in the trash and walked out. Not fit for human consumption. I’m a slow learner but now realize all these chains are the same, especially when it is purchased by a conglomerate. I normally avoid all fast food, but was not thinking rationally today.
Never again. (This is the bee ridge location in Sarasota, but am confident they are all the same).

Employees were great! But the au jus was missing for the French Dip. It kinda makes the sandwich, otherwise it’s just dry meat and cheese on bread. I didn’t eat it. It’s still in my fridge, pickle and all.

Tuesday, November 18, 2025 Update. Food was good.
Asked about the 10.00 off was told it wasn’t the restaurant problem but the app. After I just downloaded the app for the first time. But the restaurant was advertising the app but not even the manager could help. If I knew this was available I would have put my phone number in and out ordered from my app.
We didn’t know it was family night. Which was great because we had a few Students and met up with Insurance chapter. He loves it and he suggests it often. Well nothing being advertised wasn’t honored. Until we asked for a manager and couldn’t give 3 students coloring books and Mac and cheese. Which was being offered According to manager.
There was 1 Student with out a coloring book. I would have gave a donation for a coloring book and crayon and the Mac and cheese. Also stated that you would serve us. With all the staff nothing was honored. It’s not everyday we are able to invite students out for a nice meal. The third student was sad due to not receiving a coloring book and macaroni and cheese. I will give one in school. Maybe it’s your policy to only give 2 thin coloring books away. But look like manager was upset that we mentioned family night.

Sandwich was decent, but what’s with this lack of a pickle? It’s like they took the quarters and cut them in thirds. Walked in and there are 5 people working at the counter and one on the floor. Not one acknowledged me as a customer. I was about to walk out when the counter person came from cleaning tables and took the counter. It still took me asking them if they wanted to take my order as opposed to just standing there. I hope a non corporate place takes that spot over. 2 people in the restaurant eating. Maybe it’s only good for Uber eats or something

Went in on New Year’s Eve. Ordered a large Italian togo.
Drove into work and when it was time for me to eat I opened the box to a sandwich with NO MEAT.
I called the store to notify them. The manager answer and called me a liar, stating that it was impossible for me to get a sandwich with out meat.
He said he would have to watch the cameras before giving me a refund. It’s been 2 days now and he won’t return my calls or emails.
Lesson learned open your sandwich before leaving to make sure there’s meat on it lol
