Stopped in for a quick pickup. App still didn’t work so I went inside and ordered. Asked for 2 of the $5 duos. I got 3 mayonnaise sandwiches. There was so much mayo we couldn’t taste the meat. Couldn’t eat the food. I threw it away and called the store. Told them what happened, they asked if I still had the food. I threw it out. I guess I could dig it out of the trash, but it’s under the fry grease i discarded from what I ended up making for dinner, that’s not gonna help things. We asked for extra mayo on the chicken sandwich, not the whopper Jr, but we got extra mayo on all of it. The Whopper Jr top bun split open and leaked out mayo on the first bite! The mayonnaise was literally, measurably thicker than the chicken patty. Tried scraping it off, but the bun was saturated, the lettuce was enveloped, the chicken was squishy with mayo. One bite left us both feeling ill. My purpose in calling the store was to let them know that whoever had the attitude in the back that thought this was a good idea, that individual needed to knock it off because this crap is 100% inedible. Absolutely disgusting and we won’t be returning.
Went through the drive thru and tried to give them my code for the app, was told by the drive thru worker they would get it from me after the transaction.
Oppsie, they forgot.
When i went inside and asked the manger “Krista” (she wears the purple shirt cause she’s clueless, not because she’s the manager)for help i was told “that app is by a 3rd party company and we aren’t even allowed to use it”.
I tried to ask them to help me and guide me to putting it on the app, NOPE!
I find it hard to believe you work for a company and don’t know how to navigate the app.
You aren’t trained on it?
“No”, is what i was told.
“The only way i can get you the points is by re ringing the transaction.”
I was fine with that, but she wasn’t.
I did get a refund thankfully, but not before i had to wait for her to scold her crew for not taking the app code when i offered it.
Krista do better.
If you can’t handle the fast food manager position at Burger King and keeping up with the Apps, the company you work for offers, then step down.
You’re clueless leading the clueless.
