Every time I’ve come here the service has been rly bad and it is clear the workers don’t care about the customers. Last night when I came in at 7 pm the worker was exceptionally rude. Me and my friend sat down at a table and let him know that two people were gonna join us shortly. He rudely told us that he was not gonna serve us and to either order or leave. When I asked him why we couldn’t wait at the table he said we were taking the table away from others even though there was only one other group of people in the restaurant… like there was ample seating. When we got up to move to the waiting area he rudely snatched back the utensils while sighing loudly. We decided to leave and eat at the waffle house in Christiansburg cause of how uncomfortable we were. (Which was much much better) This kinda sucks cause the food is really good and I love waffle house but idk if I’m coming back to this location.

Our server wasn’t very kind at all! He took our order without saying a word, and as soon as he brought out our food he dropped the check and didn’t check on us again. My friends’ waffles were small and undercooked (which our server also made), and this is a consistent theme every time we are waited on by him.

It was absolutely disgusting in there. There was food all over the floor and under the counters of where they cooked. No hair net and so there was hair in my coke, which is disgusting. The waffle maker was disgusting and there was black specks in my waffle. The bacon I can’t even describe it just looked like flat sticks, tasted horrible burnt and looked disgusting. Most of the tables were disgusting. I’m never coming back. My stomach feels weird.

These are really, really good. The potatoes are incredibly soft, and very easy to eat. However, the best ones are the crispy ones, which have a
delicious crispiness to them and break apart in your mouth very satisfyingly. The one thing I wish was these were kept slightly longer on the grill
so they could be a bit more crispy
The other thing that was fantastic about these was the amount of oil used. When eating, each single piece is coated with oil, which gives it so much
flavor and makes it taste so good
For the price of only about 3 dollars, this was also a pretty great value

The food looked good but it was cold, and they mixed up all of what we ordered. There were only two other tables with customers, yet somehow the staff messed everything up. Not very good. I don’t recommend it unless you want to see for yourself.

Everything about my meal was cooked to perfection. My scrambled eggs with cheese were scrambled soft as requested. The hashbrowns and bacon were well done as I requested. Service was excellent too. An all around good experience.

The woman here told us to go away since we asked for the eta for our seating, i agree she gets minimum vage but she didn’t need to respond by letting us know there is taco bell nearby- we were aware lol. God bless her, she won’t get far with this attitude.

This place is awful! There were 4 employees working . But only 2 pod those people were actually doing anything. The other 2 were just standing around on their phones carrying conversations with each other and cursing loudly! Service was awful too!

came in for to-go… floor had just been mopped and there was 1 chair available where people normally sit for to-go. the restaurant was empty basically, so my boyfriend and i had THOUGHT it would be okay to sit in a booth to wait for our food. we sit and told that we can’t take up a booth for other customers if we are doing togo… makes sense if there were chairs we could sit in to wait for our food.. we said there were not enough chairs available and the employee made the other customers waiting for their food in the togo area MOVE A CHAIR FOR US… as if she couldn’t?? anyway the place was empty and she’s been very very rude to us before … not a first time experience and pics for reference… 2pm on Wednesday May 17. Love Waffle House and the food but oh my god the service is absolutely horrible sometimes.
