In the drive-through, I ordered a three-piece chicken strip with french fries and a Sprite. The person at the window was very friendly and got my order out quickly. I live less than four minutes from this particular location. When I got home, the fries were very stale and cold. The chicken strips looked very brown, almost burnt. When I bit into one, it was also cold and tasted very stale and had a burned taste as well. Not what I was expecting from KFC.

Placed an online order that was confirmed and marked “ready for pickup.” I drove 20 minutes to the restaurant only to find it closed over an hour before the posted closing time!!!

Employees were visibly inside with lights off and refused to answer the drive-thru. Meanwhile, the system continued to show my order as ready.

Customer service refused to process a refund even though I never received the food!!

This was a complete waste of time and money!!

My review is strictly about the honey bbq wings they brought back!!! this is the probably the only item I will buy from here but 10/10. They were hot crispy and dripping in sauce!!!

Also, one of the only fast food places that Has pepsi products! The pepsi is soooo strong & taste so good if you are craving one. Trust me won’t disappoint

Service was quick, drive through moved quickly, staff was accommodating

I ordered a 16-piece tender family meal at 4:22 PM and was asked to pull to the side to wait. After 25 minutes, no one had brought my food, so I walked up to the drive-through window to check on my order. I was told it was “still being worked on” and that they would bring it out.
About 5 minutes later, my order was finally brought to me. When I left, I realized I was given the wrong chicken. I immediately returned and informed the restaurant of the mistake, explaining that I did not have time to wait again and requested a refund.
I was told that refunds were “not store policy,” which is frustrating considering I had already waited over 30 minutes for an incorrect order. The staff member, Lisa, was extremely rude and unhelpful and made it clear she thought I was wasting my time when I stated I would call the police to have documentation of the incident to dispute the charge with my credit card company and needing documentation, I was treated dismissively.
I asked for a manager, who offered to remake the order and suggested that if I was in a rush, I could come back later to pick it up and receive a free cake . That made no sense, as I needed to feed my kids before sports activities, not hours later. Since a refund was apparently “not policy,” I had no choice but to wait again.
I finally received the correct order at 5:09 PM—nearly 47 minutes after ordering.
The staff was rude, the service was chaotic, and the situation was handled poorly from start to finish. I was not the only customer experiencing these issues. When I asked for owner or franchise information, I was told to “Google it.”
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never step foot in this KFC again.

Ordered through Drive-in and the employee is FIT for this position!! Great attitude, great voice and great reception at the window.
We ordered a 12pc. Meal which comes with 3 sides. We placed the order and came to the window, paid and was then approached by someone else to say “they didn’t have any more of one of the sides we ordered, what else would like?” We told them what we’d like and they brought the order to the window and we asked if that was all and they said “yes”. We drive 30 minutes home all to find the chicken is overcooked/dry and one of the sides originally ordered is not even in the bag! Then they don’t answer the phone!!!

Every time I get assigned an order from here, I wait 15-20 mins to be acknowledged by an employee, even if the store is near empty. I have to keep declining orders from here because it takes up my time and it lowers my acceptance rate which makes the app less prone to give you orders. I will make direct eye contact, sometimes wave, and stand in front of the counter and only after I finally give up do they acknowledge me.

First time at this location. Original chicken…fresh, very tender, which is a bit unusual since the Original can be dry sometimes. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were also very good. Seems the famous (from decades ago now) original recipe flavor is truly a thing of the past though, to my chagrin. I miss the more intense peppery flavor from yesteryear. So skin is good, just not what it use to be.

I am a door dasher, dashing with my Fiancé, he went in to pick up 2 orders, he picked up the first and put it in the vehicle and went back inside. He then asked if two drinks were for a specific customer, like we are supposed to do, we are responsible for the customer orders after we take it from y’all, please tell me why your worker decided to yell at him saying “Y’all can’t read” and aggressively tap the receipt. He then said “I am trying not to yell” back peddling when he realized he was in the wrong. That is highly disrespectful, especially when he was simply doing his job and making sure the order was correct. (I gave also sent them a personal message through their feedback page but the public should know their horrible customer service too)
