I Caught That
Only reason for the 4 stars was because I went inside and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Drive thru was moving pretty fast though. All in all, great service! They welcomed me at the door!
Inside is VERY small. I’m not used to McDonald’s dine in being that small. But hey. Can’t get everything you want!

Dreadful level of service again tonight. They marked my mobile order ready, told a worker I was waiting for it, yet it set in the back for over 10mins because they couldn’t be bothered to bring it up. I had to ask again for it. One time too many so I’ll make the correction by not coming back to this location.

Don’t bother doing the drive thru if you are coming around early in the morning from like 4am-6am. They never answer the com. And when they finally do answer. They say to come back 30 minutes later. I came back multiple times since it’s the only one open on the way to work and I would work around their 30 minute cushion They mention and each time they just say the same thing like it’s their easiest excuse to tell you to go away.

I just got home from going to the drive thru, which was quite quick…maybe too quick because when I got home and took my food out of the bag I was missing my McNuggets. The bag did have the condiments for it, though. This meant the wife was really unhappy. Big sigh…

Well it didn’t take long for the new to wear off. We’ve been several times since the opening and the food was always fresh and hot. Today we went inside as opposed to the drive through. Took 20 minutes to get our food. There were several people inside. One with a complaint. So I take that into account and let the time go as I was watching the kitchen work as quick as they could. I saw plenty of fries being freshly cooked. So the time didn’t bother me as I knew my food would be hot. Sadly, that was not the case. Stone cold fries and nuggets. Like they were sitting back there the entire 20 minutes. We got the food to go and live less than a mile from there. So it isn’t because of the drive home. But it surely wasn’t worth the drive back to wait another 20 minutes. I guess I’ll just add this to another location I wont go back to.
