I submitted a mobile order 12/2 for 2 grinch meals and 2 cheeseburgers. I did not receive my cheeseburgers. I called the store and spoke to a woman and asked for the manager. She said I am the manager, so I asked her name. She ask” Why do you need to know that?”. I replied ” so i can hold somebody accountable for my experience tonight”. Well after that the phone was set on the table and I heard two women chatting about what to do. The actual manager JULIE got onto the phone. After I explained my situation to Julie she was very nice and said she would replace my ORDER. Well I arrived today and was given 2 cheeseburgers and a smirk with no apologies for my experience. I took my money to burger king. The worker there had a nice conversation for me while I was waiting for my Spongebob meal. And let me say… nothing was missing

People were nice and friendly enough, no problem there. I ordered a big breakfast and asked for hot sauce when I ordered, then again at the window and was assured it was included. However, when I finally got to where I could look through the bag there was no hot sauce. There was, however this packet labeled “Ground Black Pepper”, and I say “labeled” not “of” because without even opening it, I held it up to the light and could count less than 10 grains, GRAINS of pepper. This isn’t an issue local to this store, this is McDonald’s corporate board-room-think solution to save money that no individual person could possibly come up with on their own. You need a board room full of yes-men to come up with something this incredibly stupid. Just stop carrying pepper, or charge for it if you’re going to be this cheap of a company. No wonder people are giving up on you. I’m certainly not eager to return any time soon for more bland eggs.

The person taking my order today seems bothered that I showed up. Was not nice nor personable. The people filling the bags never double check and miss something every single time. I ordered and payed for extra sauces as well. I received zero of the ones that came with the nuggets or the ones I payed extra for. It’s just annoying at this point and idk why I keep expecting different

I placed a mobile order This morning for two big breakfast plates and a burrito meal with an apple juice and two ice coffee’s I get there and I only got 2 outta 3 hash browns and no burritos I seen the plates in the bag so I thought everything was there but the burritos and a hash brown I went into the store got the burritos and hash brown then headed home I get home pull everything outta the bags and too my surprise I’m missing the pancakes in the big breakfast plates and there’s no apple juice so I had to go back in the store a second time and still never received my apple juice AND when I got home too finally eat my food with my kid and partner before my 12 hour shift my pancakes where still almost frozen if I’m spending my money at a place I expect everything too be there and HOT AND READY TOO EAT not having to go through a drive-through then be pulled aside and wait for 20 minutes to get my order and half of it not even be in there and then have to go back to the store two different times safe too say I won’t be back to this location this happens every time I got too the Ellisville location.

My kids were so excited to get the Halloween bucket happy meals. We ordered extra fries and the bag was half full… so the same amount in the kids size but in a bigger bag. And that’s how it was in all 3 buckets. And all 3 buckets were missing a toy or stickers. The buckets are still supposed to come with something? At least stickers! There’s no way to report anything in the app and they don’t answer the phone

First off they stole from me… They guy at the speaker asked me if I wanted to round up to the McDonald’s fund and I said no after I paid with my card and then was pulled around to wait for my drink. I looked at my receipt and noticed that they had did a round up of $.94 and charged it on my card when I told the lady who brought me my drink All she could do was apologize Just be careful And check your receipt I will no longer be coming to this location.

I placed a mobile order at 8:59am. Here it is 9:30am and they claim the order never came across and they can’t just make it for me until they get the mobile order in their system even though I already paid thru the app. Would not recommend.

The friendliest of employees. Food has always been good-excellent along with service. Drop in atmosphere- they need to clean sidewalks and sides of building in DT. Only affects appearance though.
