Vegan International Kitchen is seriously one of our favorite spots whenever we’re in town. We always make it a point to stop here because the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I only wish they had a location where we live, because we’d be regulars without question.
They offer an impressive variety of vegan and vegetarian options, and everything we’ve tried has been outstanding. The menu is creative without being complicated, and you can tell they really care about quality ingredients. Their desserts are incredible and their drink selection is just as good — it’s rare to find a place that nails both.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the entire experience always feels comforting. If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking for great food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend

I stopped here a few weeks ago. I was too excited to try the food. Customer service wasn’t the friendliest, at least from the person taking my order. I stated I had never been there before and asked questions about the food choices. It felt as if I was wasting the individual’s time. Once my order was placed, I stood and waited for my order. There was nothing that stood out for me about my meal. The food was average. Maybe I showed up on an off day, or maybe the food just didn’t work for me. Please be your own judge.

Pick up was quick and the workers were friendly. I got the Drumstick Plate with Tostones and spring rolls as additional sides. The Tostones were a bit hard, but everything else was great. The collards were flavorful, the Mac and cheese was light, in a healthy way, the Drumstick was great, I chose the barbecue option. All around great experience. I would definitely order again.

Amazing First Experience – Lion’s Mane Nugget Mac & Cheese is a Must-Try!
I tried International Co for the first time and ordered the Lion’s Mane Nugget Mac & Cheese with buffalo sauce and ranch drizzle. Wow—this dish exceeded all my expectations! The Mac & Cheese was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the crispy, flavorful Lion’s Mane nuggets. The buffalo sauce added just the right kick, balanced by the cool ranch drizzle. Every bite was a delicious blend of textures and flavors.
I’m so impressed by how satisfying and well-executed this meal was. As a first-time customer, I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Just started my vegan journey again yesterday. I was vegan for a year before I stopped. It used to be so frustrating eating out with family and friends because all I could get were sides of steamed vegetables and rice.
I’m not from Tampa, but I had to run an errand here. I looked up vegan restaurants, and this one was part of the suggestions.
I didn’t know what to expect, but the owner was at the register and was very polite. I ordered from the kiosk, and my food came really fast. I ordered the Chik’n Gyro platter with extra white sauce.
When I got my plate, I was immediately impressed by the presentation. As an Afro-Latino, I’m a huge fan of flavor, but I understand that with vegan food it’s hit or miss, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect.
Y’all!!!!! It was a hit . Every bite had flavor, and the chicken wasn’t dry but juicy. The white sauce just made it even better. 10 out of 10.
Now, I was surprised when I saw a random rolled-up leaf thing. I took a bite, and it burst with a tasty vinaigrette flavor .
I had to stop eating my bowl half way and order more sauce and the leaf thing. I then found out it’s called a grape leaf.
I truly highly recommend coming here. I feel fortunate that on my first day back to veganism, I got to experience this deliciousness.

the buffalo lemon pepper wings are addicting. their frozen section is always top tier, and the milkshakes are to die for.
i’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and i’m convinced they don’t have the ability to make bad food. the meals come fast, fresh, and most importantly, cruelty free.
the management is extremely kind and personable. i’ve been a customer since 2022, and it is always a 10/10 experience here!

When I pulled up to this place I was like oh is this place going to be good. The old saying is you can’t judge a book by its cover. Went inside there was a lady at the counter. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended the Gyro with fries and Vegan Wings with 2 sides. I ordered Mac and cheese with cabbage. They didn’t have the collard greens but the cabbage made up for it. This place was very good and I’ll be back before I leave Tampa!

This was our 1st time. We were greeted upon arrival and the order did not take long to be made which were several items and came out hot. We loved the gyros and the veg bacon burger. The kids were surprised to be able to enjoy the Mac and cheese as most places they’ve gotten it before end up disappointing them. We will definitely be back for more.

I have been going here on a somewhat consistent basis for the past year and a half and all I can say is that everything is amazinggggg! Hands down the best vegan restaurant I’ve ever had!! I always get their mac and cheese bowls, I highly recommend! I also highly recommend their banana pudding and the gyro loaded fries- absolutely sensational! They always have a rotating menu of specials and this week was Lasagna soup and I about cried about being able to have lasagna with garlic bread and a side salad with dressing I could have- since all of those items are typically not dairy free, it’s just so nice that this place offers such tasty alternatives!!! I must also rave about their shakes- they dont have them all the time, but omg when they do- you have to try any of the chocolate ones!!! They are to die for . The staff is also super nice and while they aren’t the cheapest place to eat at, they are unbeatable when it comes to amazing food for people who are dairy free or completely vegan One last thing to note, is that if you are ordering delivery their food always arrives hot- and I live like 30 minutes away from this place! 1000/10‼️

I got a empanada with jerk platter and it definitely had flavor but also it was decent on the portion side. I wish the empanada bread was a little bit more flaky overall still good only thing I would say is that it is on the pricier side then your other vegan restaurants. I would definitely come back I recommend everybody else to come customer service was great with the lady Kenda the area where is it at is in a nice area as well where you can see
