ZERO STARS…..The worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to in my life. Every single table covered in food, crumbs, and trash. Lazy, rude, and unprofessional staff disrespectfully talking about customers in the drive thru for everyone in the dining area to hear. Took nearly 25 minutes after ordering before the food came out, and it tasted moldy – threw it away. Close this location, demolish it, anything besides keep it in business. Absolute trash.

This Taco Bell needs to be shut down. We got sick eating here. We had a stomach bug. This was more out fault because we should have ate it.
Service took forever and that should have been our dead give away. They gave us extra things we hadn’t ordered. They were missing the actual taco we ordered. We didn’t go back because it took forever and there were already 15 people waiting. I dont know why it took forever.
It took forever to take our order. We had to get someone’s attention. They also dont have kiosks to take orders so the only way to take an order is at the front. So why didn’t that people that are there notice that there are many groups of people waiting. They just kept passing by. No sense of customer service.
The guy taking the order – I had to repeat over and over again each order. He was so slow that i had to make sure to go very slowly.
So in short it is dirty, nasty and should be shut down. I hope Taco Bell management is reading this. That is Taco Bell management at the corporate office.

This is, without question, the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. Service was extremely slow and disorganized, with staff appearing irritated by basic ordering. The order was incorrect, missing items, and the food that was provided was cold, poorly assembled, and clearly stale.
The dining area was unclean, with dirty tables and floors that had not been maintained. Overall, this location fails at the most basic expectations of a fast-food restaurant: accuracy, cleanliness, and edible food.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell entirely.

Got a 3 piece meal of burnt chicken, potatoes with a green slime swirled throughout and a hockey puck for a biscuit. This is the WORST KFC/TACO BELL EVER! How is this still in business? I blame the management, when I was a manager I was constantly checking the quality of the product we were selling and I made sure that the establishment was in tip top shape AT ALL HOURS. People just do not care about their job production. So sad.

This is the worst Taco Bell in my area. This was my third visit and the service has been horrible every time. My order was always missing the sour cream I paid for and no one comes to the counter to address the issue. Takes over 25 minutes to get my order after waiting 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I will not go back. The restaurant was dirty.

I have been here 3 times and EVERY time I am missing items from my order. The last time was missing 3 of the 6 items I ordered. I will NEVER visit this location again. The windows are filthy. The soda machine in filthy (it is visible from the drive through window). Fast food prices are too high to be offering this deplorable level of service.

Worst experience ever! From the start of the order process was greeted very rudely by the MANAGER Malinda. Waited 20 mins after the drive thru for food had to walk in to get it and was again given attitude. Food was not what we ordered so we had to go in again and were treated even worse saying she could refund all the food but not drinks?!?? Ended up not even getting our food and going nextdoor for Chick-Fila! It will be our pleasure to NEVER go back there!
