First off, I made my order online to save time and money. Although my order didn’t fully go through, the wait staff was absolutely amazing in rectifying my order. I would absolutely recommend going when this wait staff is working. They are excellent! (between the hours of 12am-2am on a Tuesday)

Usually fine but went in tonight and waited well over an hour for actually cold food , not even slightly warm . I’m not mad about wait times it happens but if I can’t even be served warm food after waiting an hour why am I waiting an hour in the first place. After calling 4 times right after i got home (5 mins away) I got zero response nobody picked up.

The Hispanic girl and the older lady who work nights have to be the laziest pair I have ever seen working at this location. If you ask for anything that’s fried other than regular fries, you’re not getting it. They serve the bare minimum. I come through this location almost every night hoping to get some food and they always disappoint… every time I pull up they are outside smoking. It’s gotten to the point that I’m leaving there laughing at them. Smh. Do better jack in the box!

Usually this place is fine and accurate with times but yesterday we were here at 8pm and stuck in line for a really really long time that the guy in front of us pulled out of the line and went inside to speak to a manager on shift. When we pulled up to the window they did not take our order for the next 15 minutes but we watched girls walk by and avoid the drive through window. If they had fallen behind on orders or if there was an issue, it should’ve been stated. Instead employees chose to ignore us and ignore the six or seven cars behind me. Just thought the supervisor on shift or store manager would know and bring it to their attention. We weren’t able to get any food here due to the really long wait and no clear instruction as to what was happening. Very disappointing

We came here tonight Sat. Aug 23rd @1:34am 2025. Very nice and thorough person who helped us, Haidi I believe. Thank you so much! Fast, friendly, and organized. We moved from an area where the late night food service was really bad and the workers were not nice or patient! So it’s nice being here in Yelm.

Yesterday I sat at the menu with my window down in the rain waiting for someone to take my order.
After a while, I left because no one came. Today they took my order quickly but gave me the wrong food. I know she heard my order because she said “nuuumbeerrr niiiinnnnneeee”. Super awkward.

This store accepted my online delivery order. Never delivered. Called the store every day now for 5 days leaving voice mails and everything. No call backs, they never answer and they WILL take your order and not deliver all while pocketing your money. Still no refund or communication.
