Great experience at this Burger King! The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the visit pleasant and smooth. The location is extremely convenient—right near the Tesla Supercharger and close to the highway exit, which is perfect for a quick stop while traveling. The restaurant was super clean, including the restrooms, which I really appreciated. There’s also a good variety of menu items to choose from. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-run location. Highly recommend!

Small Burger King with only two doors to the entrance. I ordered a Whopper and Crispy Chicken Sandwich 2 for 6.00 both sandwiches were made fresh and tasted delicious. The large onion rings I ordered were not as tasty and seemed to have been sitting there for a while. There was only one size of milkshake which I ordered a strawberry with no whip cream. Shake was very good but small. The sweet tea here also left a lot to be desired. The cashier Rochelle was very polite and professional. I was 51 cents short and she took it out of her own pocket. Bathroom was very clean and stocked. Restaurant cleanliness was just above average. I went at 1230 pm and they were extremely busy but really didn’t have to wait long for food.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King in Monroe Mi for quite sometime and I must tell you the manager here is so polite and very professional. One time I was here I witnessed the manager giving earbuds to his employees. Thanking them for doing a good job. Fast-forward a couple of months I’m back at Burger King again and I hear the manager complementing his stuff. It’s nice to see a professional manager in action. This is my favourite Burger King.

So I ordered 2 whopper meals and at no time did anyone explain that they are out of whopper patties and buns they brought out our meals as if we wouldnt notice they are child size..when asked why are they so small the worker replied we are out of buns and whopper patties and our manager saod to juat use whopper jr …well I did t pay for whopper or meals so thats super shady business..do better burger king ..hire better managers

Huge dissappontment. I was charged full price for sale items and when I mentioned it, I was told I had to tell them when I order it. Your menu with your sales advertised all over your building but I have to tell you I want the sale. And your solution is to just give my money back and tell me to have a nice day. Nice customer service.
