We had: oyserts on the rock, grilled scallops, snow crab, fish and chips. They were all good and most importantly the food was fresh. The atmosphere was’t the best since it is a food court but we managed to enjoy our dinner.

The salmon sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the portion size was generous. However, I’d recommend arriving earlier, as on my first visit at 4pm the salmon sashimi had already sold out. I had to return a second time at 11:30am.

We ordered sea urchin, oysters, salmon sashimi, scallops, shrimp and fish soup on 8 February afternoon; and ordered salmon sashimi again on 9 February night. The food tastes not bad but my wife and I got diarrhoea , vomiting and fever afterwards from 10 Feb to 15 Feb and still not yet recover.

Was a bit hard to find because we didn’t realize it was in a market / food court type place. Good if you’re with a group and people that are in different moods for different kinds of seafood because there is good variety.
It’s decently expensive for the type of atmosphere. The soup was about $40 USD – but I will say – it was a stand out. Packed full with all kinds of seafood – scallops, muscles, octopus, fish. It was delicious. If this soup looks like a dream dish to you it’s definitely worth it.
The fish and chips were fantastic as well. It was the perfect lunch portion size for me, but as you can see it only came with one large piece of fish.
All in all, I probably would say we could’ve lived with or without this experience during our trip. We had other more memorable food choices. This place was good, but didn’t take us to heaven and back. If you go, you’re going for that soup.

I ordered creamy ramen noodle with snow crab & prawn. So fresh and so yummy! The service lady who’s taking our order was so helpful, very friendly and I love the atmosphere!

Incredibly overrated. We came here because our walking tour guide recommended it. Although we did love the tour and the other restaurant recommendations he provided this particular one was a total disappointment. The food was very underwhelming especially for the price. We ordered the shellfish soup and grilled scallops. The three grilled scallops were tiny for what they cost. The soup was average at best and didn’t seem particularly fresh. Without a quality, view, atmosphere, or noteworthy service, the high prices felt unjustified. Overall it came across as a tourist trap. There are plenty of better seafood restaurants in the area offering far better quality and value.

The seafood was just okay and not worth the price. The line was super long, and the food is pricey for what you get. You also have to find your own table and then go to the counter to order, which can be inconvenient—especially if you’re traveling solo. Our meal (in the photo) was $190.

I don’t think it tastes bad; it’s fresh, but it’s a bit over-smoked, which makes it quite salty. I would give the food 3.7⭐️and the rest 4.0⭐️. Considering that it’s relatively affordable in Tromsø, I didn’t expect too much.
