Three times now I have been missing a crunchy taco ordered from this location. Me and my family eat here often. It’s to the point I am angry. Tonight I was called a liar by a woman working when I called. She claimed she made the order herself and when I asked where our taco was she responded, you’re probably eating it. I can assure you if I was after free food I would choose a more expensive item than a two dollar crunchy taco when I spent $40 about every other week or more. I was insulted and only wanted what I’ve paid for. This is three times now I have been missing the same item. Then to be treated so disgracefully by your staff is absolutely appalling.

Slowest drive through service imaginable. How can you only take one cars order and then make that order before helping the other cars in the drive through. Horrible service!! Don’t recommend. It’s called fast food for a reason. You shouldn’t be sitting in a drive through for more than 30 minutes just for your order to be taken!! Get it together Taco Bell.

I had placed an online order and request no tomatoes on my order due to a medical issue. After receiving my order which did have tomatoes on it, I did not figure out it had tomatoes until I was halfway through it, and it nearly landed me in the hospital due to this. Also we did not receive half the food we had ordered. We have contacted the store, also reached out to management, never received a phone call back. After a couple weeks of phone tag, finally spoke to a general manager. He was rude. Pretty much refused to help us out in anyway. Said that we could come in with our receipts, and they would do what they could to make it right. Refused to give us a refund, knowing that people order online because they do not want to go into the store, but to fix their mistake they want us to travel to them with no promise of actually making it right. The manager kept trying to hide behind the fact that you can add an allergy to your order however, my issue is not an allergy with tomatoes. It’s actually diverticulosis not an allergy at all. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to follow a simple instruction, and why someone can’t take accountability for almost landing somebody in the hospital.

Ordered delivery. Out of Coffee. Got ahold of me for that. Then find this little note in the bag on my sausage burrito. What genius would think this is okay and not tell me? Also no sauce packets as requested. Door dash driver was great though.

I was Craving Taco Bell at 8:30 AM
I did It through the app and pulled up at the drive through and this nice lady told me that they don’t serve lunch this early and the app shouldn’t have allowed that. I told Her she could cancel it but she told me she would figure it out and to pull into the front. She was so sweet and brought me my food well before lunch was supposed to be served. She deserves 5 stars alone for customer service. Such a sweet girl.

This Taco Bell is horrible.
Every time I decide that they can’t possible mess every part of my order up again they prove me wrong.
The drive through is extremely slow, taking 15-20 min with only 2 or 3 cars in front of you.
The employees are typically rude and are always just complaining about their job.
My most recent order was missing several items. The items that weren’t missing were cold. On top of all that there we found a hair in one of the items.
I will not be returning to this Taco Bell again.

The restaurant was nice but messy I walked in and wanted to order my food at the counter but they got angry with me and told me that I had to order at the kiosk despite being located basically on the floor. It was very low to the ground and I am 6ft tall. I had to bend over to use it. There was large amounts of garbage under the counter and on the floor and no medium to small lids at the drink station the table I sat at was sticky and gross as if someone spilled their drink and no one cleaned it up or wiped down the table. And the cheese in my roll up and quesadilla was spicy which ultimately was not horrible it just caught me off guard. The trash was overflowing as well. Very disappointing.

This place stinks . Going thru the drive thru at 2:30 am . and the cashier is so high she’cant even stand still . The whole store reeked so strong it’s coming thru the drive thru window …I mean seriously ya all can’t even get orders straight cause you’re getting high . This is the 3rd time this has happened. I’ll never eat at Taco Bell again. There are other taco places around. They are very rude and don’t care about the customers. All you hear is employees complaining about everything and they don’t want to be there. They slam your food on the counter and walk away after you’ve waited over 20 minutes. The managers are just as bad as the employees. No sense of urgency. There are times I’m by myself and literally no one in drive-thru or inside and still wait 15-20 minutes. It’s a bunch of people that don’t care about their job or the customer. My suggestion is go to another taco place there are plenty in Springfield. I’ll never be back.
