I don’t write reviews often, but I do make a point to shout out anyone that displays extraordinary Customer Service, since this art is dying in this world, and it’s nice to see people that still uphold this necessary work skill and talent. Store Manager, Tristan Raines, really went out of his way to provide extraordinary Customer Service, helping to resolve a mild issue with Taco Bell App. VERY impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, and patience to resolve the issue. Give this man a raise! He deserves it. 🙂 Thank you!

Everything was good, but I ordered a Large Nacho Fry which is $5 for just the fries. I don’t complain about the price, but when the container is half full as to what it normally is then I complain. This photo was taken right after pulling the fries out of the bag, none spilled in the bag. Just feels like I should’ve saved $2 and ordered a regular size.

Quite literally just went through the drive through and the lady who took my money/gave me my food acted like me being there was the worst thing ever. I just got off a 12 hour shift and I was too tired to cook. Next time, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Did you know the CHICKEN nacho fries came with chicken?? Because apparently these employees didn’t. I had to go back to the store to get my “correct” order but wait there’s more it wasn’t correct…. So frustrating how bad this location is. The wait time was INSANE!!! the order not being right was diabolical. Any five star review of this Place is a paid actor.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru on a mobile order. Two missing items, then proceeded to wait +45minutes in the lobby listening to employees laugh and cuss while telling me they are slammed. Not a great time.

This has to be the worst bell I’ve been to… can’t get an order right to save a life. Went back twice still the wrong order… over 30 bucks for almost nothing. After waiting forever to get my order.. on top of that the girl at the drive thru couldn’t get off her phone. Don’t go here go literally down the road to a different location. It’s bot worth the pain and anger you will feel going here.

I got the wrong order the first time got four burrito’s and a taco then went back asked for the 36 DOLLAR order and STILL gave me the wrong food the hell are we doing? Smoking weed? This is insane. At least the manager seemed nice fooled me.

Looks like they’re having some growing pains here, and are keeping track of mistakes on a whiteboard inside, so I wanted to take a min and let them know my food was perfect and just what I needed. Cashier at the window was super sweet and friendly. Taco Bell is always a good idea!
