About a month ago I picked up an order from this place, I ordered a couple of Greek salads with chicken added and extra feta cheese. On Average, each salad was $20 each. When the family and I grabbed our orders to sit down and eat at home, the orders were lacking, to say the least. Both salad orders contained the core of the lettuce. No, there’s no greens in these salads. All brownish-white bottom of the lettuce thrown in there. I called the next day and spoke to the manager named Joanna. I was very polite to her as she was accommodating and friendly. Johanna went on and on about how the people who work there do not listen to her and she keeps trying to tell them how to do things correctly and they look at her like she’s a witch. I related with her and we had a good conversation. Ended the conversation with her, letting me know that someone by the name of Kat would be calling me back to refund my money for the salads. No, I didn’t want a free meal or anything, just wanted my money back since we didn’t eat. I never received a call back from anyone. So if you like whitish brown pieces from the core and your salad and you don’t mind getting ripped off $20 each salad order from Ambrosio‘s in Bartlett. They are awful and I will never return.

Stopped into this place with my daughter because we wanted to try the tiropita (triangular puff pastry with cheese filing), so we ordered the tiropita combo which comes with potatoes, rice, and salad. Also ordered a side of French Fries. The restaurant had one couple seated indoors when we ordered the tiropita dinner. Main reason for the two-star review is because it took a full 25 minutes for the plate to be served. 25-minutes for this plate is an unacceptable time. Tiropita dinner consisted of four triangles, two potato slices with gravy, and rice with the same gravy on it. Tiropitas were good, however, I didn’t realize that they would arrive in four small pieces. I was assuming it would be one large triangular tiropita. The potato slices were not good.

Our first time here, and we loved it. Warm welcome from the staff, very helpful with explaining the menu. The food is so amazing. Fresh hot and out of this world delicious. Generous portions. The prices are perfect for what we received.
I highly recommend getting a Gyro from here. These guys know how to do Gyros the right way. Ambrosia is definitely worth a visit. We will definitely come back.

When you walk in, chances are you’ll be greeted by the main lady in charge. Seems like she is the owner.
Almost instantly we felt like we were part of her family and we were coming to our mother’s house or something
If you want, she will explain every single dish in detail with her color commentary and will let you know how awesome each of her dishes are.
For appetizer, I had a chicken rice lemon soup. Pretty awesome unique flavor.
For dinner, I had a moussaka. This was the first time I had this dish and it was marvelous. Layer of ground beef, potatoes, eggs, and more.. picture attached.
We were very happily surprised by the service and the wonderful taste of the food. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice place with a great atmosphere. Lots of decor around that make it feel authenticate. Very clean inside. We ordered the Greek chicken and Mediterranean spread, both were absolutely delicious! The chicken came out piping hot and had tons of flavor along with the rice and potatoes. The Mediterranean spread had 3 delicious spreads that paired perfectly with the pita. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely dine here again.
