I had not been here since the pandemic and WOW!!! What a positive difference!!¡ I have been impressed by the staff and food. The service was very attentive and accommodating. Everyone was working quickly and busy keeping tables clean serving food and getting refills. The food was fast and very good. I am glad I came back and have seen and experienced the pleasantries that were once missing. Keep up the good work and hats off to ALL the staff. Good job!!!!

Denny’s in Espanola is best energy I’ve been to they do a much better job of catering to their customers the best that they can they are very hard working continuously on their feet unless it’s their break and very fast sometimes so fast that they get things either mixed up or almost stumbling over each other which is understandable when you got a big crowd but that do tell me that they are hard workers and rated a jump at any time for a customer and help them they earn their pay they are not lazy people and they do know how to be good waiters or waitresses. I give them better than a thumbs up.

My food came out and my eggs were cooked hard they were supposed to be over easy the took them brought new ones amd they were soaking in fake butter my crapes look like they were from yeasterday I heard the cook cussing and complaining about having to make chicken when thays ur job u dont like it then find another will probably never go back! The server was cool and the manager acted like I screwed up when they should of been the ones apologizing and trying to make it right customer service is not what it used to be .

Had to be in Española this morning so decided to do Denny’s for breakfast. Remember reviews are like photos, a piece of frozen time that reflects an unique event. Today’s review is a solid 5 stars because everything was spot on.
We built our breakfasts with the assistance of our superb server Liz. Liz would get 6 stars if that was an option. Service was fast, attentive and helpful.
The food was excellent in all aspects – eggs over medium covers a range of doneness but should always include runny yolks and solid whites and ours were just right. Deb’s pancakes were thick, fluffy and tasted great. The bacon was crispy and tasty. The coffee was hot.
Outstanding job!
A solid 4 based on service and attitude. Late lunch arrival about 1:30PM so just as the rush customers were leaving with piles of plates etc to bus but we got a booth with less than five minutes of wait.
The Superbird that Deb had with seasoned fries was good. I had beef on rye with regular fries. The coffees- decaf and regular- were good and recently brewed. The food was tasty and came out pretty quickly.

This place is falling everyday, I come here alot an it seems like every time the service is getting worse. It’s took nearly an hour to get my food and that’s not on a busy day, there was literally only 3 tables of seated customers. Service sucks and the front end cashier is slow an looks lost. Also not to mention the cashier got a visitor an keeps running in an out the front door with a man I assume is her boyfriend. An then I needed to add something to my existing order after I had already paid 5 minutes before the fact. After needing something else she literally ignored me an said she would get to me after taking a order to a table. NEVER GOT BACK TO ME FOR WHAT I NEEDED. While waiting I can see the the masked manager in the kitchen eating food off plates he had just finished putting on the counter for the waiter to grab….HORRIBLE SERVICE..!!

I have been coming here every Saturday since the place opened. The service is awesome! What brings me back is how friendly the staff is. Even on Sunday’s after church when it is busy it is still worth the wait. It has a family atmosphere and I will always be a customer.

I order the nachos. They use homeless chilli . I returned them. It was horrible! I did not get charged for the nachos.
I also ordered the salmon salad.
The salmon was over salted. When I told the waiter he said it was seasoning . I know the difference.
I will never eat there again.

Never dined in; I always order takeout. They pay attention to the small things which I appreciate. If you order toast, you get jelly without having to ask, etc. You can tell management knows what they’re doing here.
