I had to order from the parking lot with the app as it wasn’t immediately working. The app said the food would be ready in 3 minutes so I waited a few minutes before driving to the drive thru. When I got to the window, they told me they were just starting my sandwich. I recognize that the Impossible Burger isn’t ordered often and I appreciate it being made fresh. I just don’t know why they didn’t start cooking it sooner, as the app indicated, and I felt bad that the people who came through the drive thru after me had to wait several minutes for it to cook. They didn’t ask me to pull forward and they’d bring it out to me when it was ready so they ended up having 2 cars waiting for their food. They weren’t otherwise busy so it seems something better could have been done or the app should have communicated either faster with them or telling me it would be like 8 minutes and not 3 for my order to be ready so I didn’t hold others up.

Tom Curtis, president of Burger King, needs to visit the Marshalltown Iowa Burger King! It’s the single most God awful, unsanitary, and grotesque restaurant I’ve ever been to. I suffered unmentionable agony from food poisoning after eating at your Burger King store in MARSHALLTOWN IOWA! I was hospitalized and required I.V. antibiotics to fight Ecoli, salmonella, campylobacter and c.diff. How the MARSHALLTOWN IOWA BURGER KING store has been allowed to stay open is mind boggling. Obviously, there’s no accountability. I have reached out to Tasty King LLC, who is the franchisees. No response. Not a word. Burger King is literally going down in flames because of your lack of leadership and hiding behind “well the stores aren’t owned by us, they’re the franchisees responsibility” IT’S YOUR FRICKIN NAME ON THE SIGN AND BUILDING!!!!

Went thru the drive thru, lots of snow and slush. Doubt it’s been plowed since the last dumping of snow. The gal at the window said all the friendly service words but very clearly wasn’t feeling it today. The food…I had a rodeo burger and value fry. Hot, fresh and tasty and only $5. I would definitely do it again.

The food was good. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich could have been a little hotter but otherwise ok. The place needed cleaned. There was a person with a spray bottle but I never seen her do anything but sit at the table. There were napkins on the floor and the floor was sticky. The counter person was a nice person. The bathrooms were not cleaned and no paper towels in the women bath.

The employees were great and the food typical BK. The play area desperately needs an update and good cleaning. The high chair was sticky.

If it’s that dirty just looking around you know the food prep area is no cleaner.

In the last 2 weeks I have been ttheyhere 3 times, first time I had a girl that left, so she didn’t have to deal with a customer, 2nd was drive thru and ordered my 3 for $7 with cheese and onion rings, was told they had no onion rings and didn’t get cheese, last night went to order the 3 for $7 and no fryers so I settled for McDonald’s
