We ordered Fried fish in Sweet and sour sauce, Stir fried crispy pork, Pad Thai and Watermelon smoothie. We upgraded smoothie with mint and two shots of Absolute vodka (perfect). Crispy pork was OK but nothing special. The rest was fantastic.

Had late lunch here and we were happy to get yummy and tasty food. Choice a la carte is nice, traditional Thai food (for mostly tourists/Farang) at a reasonable price for Samui.
Som Tam, Pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai Gai were all good and nicely served. Coconut shake was excellent.
Mango Sticky rice was ok. Not the best.

Absolutely fantastic experience.
We ordered two starters and one main dish, and everything was simply perfect.
The flavors were precise, the textures were spot-on, and the freshness of the ingredients really stood out.
You can feel the care in the preparation balanced, clean, and beautifully cooked.
One of the best meals I’ve had here.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back.

Service is good food are delicious but a bit costly as the portion are small. During our dinning only a few customers may be due to low peak period.

Excellent Thai food! This restaurant has traditional dishes that are full of flavor. Very small restaurant, better for small groups. Team speaks perfect English.

Malee Kitchen was a lovely little find on my trip to Koh Samui. Tucked away but easy to spot, it has a casual, laid-back atmosphere. One thing I really appreciated – aside from the food – was the fan aimed directly at our table. After being in the heat all day, that breeze was a blessing. Simple touch, but it made a huge difference in comfort!!

Now, the food – absolutely delicious. I ordered the satay chicken skewers and honestly, they were the best I’ve had during my time on the island. Juicy, well-marinated, with a rich peanut sauce that actually tasted homemade (not like the overly sweet stuff you get sometimes).

Service was warm and friendly without being overbearing, and prices were very fair for the quality. If you’re looking for a casual spot with great food and good airflow (yes, it matters!), Malee Kitchen is well worth a visit.

We visited this restaurant on Wednesday for lunch and had a delicious meal of seafood salad followed by the duck curry. The service was pleasant and efficient. We decided to return on Thursday lunchtime, from the moment we walked in the staff looked completely disinterested and were playing on their phones. We ordered a beer which came warm, surely it can’t be that difficult to chill beer, everywhere else seems to manage it. We had prawn spring rolls to start which were very good then we ordered the steamed fish. I wanted a glass of white wine with the fish as it was too delicate to have with beer but when I asked to try a little that was also warm….. so we ended up with another non cold beer.
Unfortunately we won’t be returning as although the food was good the service was awful

Lovely smallish establishment with great food. Malee kitchen prepares food designed for your spice taste. During our 1 week stay in Koh Samui, my husband and I ate once at the Fisherman’s Village location and once at Chewang Beach. Different ambiance and staff but both locations have great food. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. I loved the Green Curry and Penang Curry and Fried Rice Green Curry. Highly recommend

Authentic and tasty Thai food. Every dish was prepared to perfection and our taste buds were thoroughly pampered with great Thai food.

We dined here twice in a week and each time we were delighted by the amazing and authentic taste and presentation of every dish.

The staff are incredibly personable, friendly, helpful and I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Outstanding quality, authentic Thai food in a clean, comfortable restaurant. Yes, it is more expensive than many other places, but the quality of the ingredients, the skill of the chefs, the attentiveness (and charm) of the staff make it excellent value. Whatever you order will be freshly prepared with care, and being able to adjust the spiciness of each dish is a massive bonus when dining as a group (from ‘no spice’, to ‘little spicy’ to ‘spicy’ and finally, ‘Thai spicy’, which is to be attempted only by the bravest and most seasoned chilli connoisseurs). Didn’t take any photos of our food as we were too keen to dig in! Highly recommended.
