We’ve been here before and I have to say enjoyed it more our first couple of visits. The sandwiches today were very dry, and seemed to have less cheese and veggies. I ordered extra mushrooms and there were hardly any mushrooms on it at all. They did leave the green peppers off it as I asked for so that’s a plus.
We got 2 Philly steaks and wings. We both agreed the sandwiches were not as good as we’d had previously. The wings were good, they could have been sauced a bit more but we’re exceptable and what we ordered. Not the biggest wings but not the smallest I’ve gotten either.
All in all I’d say this visit was a 3.5 but since there are no 1/2 stars I’m giving them a 4⭐ based on 2 previous positive experiences. The counter attendant was personable and quick to greet incoming patrons when they approached the counter. The seating area was very clean

I wanted to post that i had a great Philly from this little spot. The guy behind the counter was kind and courteous. He was interested how I found the place. And I liked that he cared enough to ask. Any way great sandwich for the price. Will return again.

OK so I got around to trying this establishment since the previous Cheese steak Factory was here and I was very disappointed. The steak was so salty I could barely stomach it and not a lot of meat on the sandwich either. The fries weren’t done enough for my taste, a bit crunchy on the inside. Even the pizza seemed almost like frozen pizza, very flat and doughy with very little taste. The person behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful and the establishment was clean with nice decor. One of the bad things about this place is the location which is difficult to get in and out of being right on Gall Blvd with very little room to back up. I wish this establishment the best of luck and wish this could’ve been a better review but it is what it is. I’m glad some people enjoy it and it’s always good to have variety in town.

We saw this place on Facebook and decided to try it. We were not disappointed. We had the foot long Philly and Philly cheese fries . Both were delicious. They were perfectly seasoned. Prices are fair. Zack was our server and he greeted us with a smile and answered our questions with a friendly smile.we look forward to trying many items

Highly recommend you give this place a try! Everything we ordered was very good. The canoli wasn’t too sweet, the burger bun and sandwich roll we’re both soft and delicious. Everything was made well. The only negative thing we have to say is that the philly could have had a little more meat, but was still very good.

Management is fabulous. They respond really well to constructive criticism, although beyond a few minor quibbles, everything was delicious, and I have so many more items I’d like to try. I also love the drink selection, which includes real sugar varieties of Pepsi and RC Soda.

Used to go here when it was Nicos and was bummed when they closed. Decided to try them out because I loooove me a good philly cheasteak. We ordered the king burger w/ fries, the giant Philly with jalapenos added( which they use fresh jalapenos) the chicken Philly, and the chicken Parm. Everything was fresh and hot and super flavorful!!! The guy behind the counter was super nice and helpful, he also let us know it would be about 20 min which I didn’t mind because it’s made fresh to order. Will definitely be going back and I want to try the pizza next

I’m a 58 Year old who has tried many many Philly cheese steaks and I will say that they do it Right! The bread is absolutely perfect and the meat has a very good flavor. Definitely THE best Cheese Steak in Zeph and Dade City.

If you have all day to wait on your food then eat here. They are very very slow making food. They said 15 mins it was over 20. They tell you the food is being made and it is not being made. The owner then reached out to me posting this.You arrived at 5:20 and left by 5:37. The order was completed in 17 minutes, just two minutes past the 15-minute wait time we communicated to you upfront. Despite this, you proceeded to curse at and disrespect our staff before leaving. We prepare all orders fresh and make every effort to meet our estimated times, and your behavior was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Please do not misrepresent what happened as our records clearly show the timeline and you’re not welcome at our business again.
