Tried El Ranchito in Marion and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The California burrito was really good and definitely the highlight of the meal. The cheese sauce was also solid. My girlfriend ordered a veggie bowl, but there was a random strip of ham in it, which was a little off-putting. The salsa was okay, just a bit watery for our taste. Some things were great, some were just alright, but we’d consider giving it another try.

My family of four, soon to be 5 as we are expecting, enjoyed our meals IMMENSELY. My son, who tends to be pretty picky CLEARED his plate as did my husband.
This was after two rounds of chips and salsa. Perfectly balanced, flavorful and smooth salsa.
I did NOT clear my plate because my quesadilla though incredibly delicious was bigger than my head. I only ate half but the vegetables inside were perfectly cooked which sometimes you don’t get especially with green peppers. The steak was top tier. Well seasoned. Truly good.
The quesadilla comes with tomato, lettuce and sour cream on the side which I ate mixed with the aforementioned delicious salsa.
Now, the only thing to note is that, I’m a silly person that saves the best bite for the last bite. Last bite, sometimes after finishing my drink just so I can savor the flavor. I had put that bite aside and while packing up mine and my kids leftovers, the waitress (who was so kind, considerate and unaware of my extra special last bite) took the plate away. She’s not at fault (this has happened to me before).
I only tell you this to say that the very bite denied to me would have been THE BEST of all and I felt a disappointment in my heart to not get to eat it. It was all SO GOOD and I was ready to savor for the next hour.
The solace I have is that I have another half of my fajita steak quesadilla which I can snack on as we drove 2 hours home. So, 10/10 recommend! Absolutely delicious. Go to El Rancherito.
Oh, and finally, should her employers see this. Bella is THE BEST MOST KINDSST ENGAGING HOSTESS! As we left, my son said aloud, “I just love Bella and I don’t want to leave. Special shout out to Bella for playing with our littles!

I don’t recall the Hispanic name for it but basically, it was beef soup. This stuff was outstanding. First thing, the wonderful flavor. Second, it was soup & I got full. I’ll definitely go again.

This fantastic restaurant has the best food in the county. Their fajitas are some of the best I have ever had. The wait staff is truly exceptional, coming back to the table many times to see if we needed anything else!! I would highly recommend this outstanding restaurant. 8-10 stars in my book!

Never disappoints. The amount of food that you get for the price that you pay is crazy compared to other restaurants. We typically get the Fresh Mexican bowls, and in the end, we always have leftovers. They are highly recommended.

The food is always amazing! However, the chips tasted old or as if they need to change oil. Also, the waitress got our drinks wrong 3 times. (2 Pepsi and 1 water) not to mention our food wrong. We didnt complain as maybe the lady was having a bad night.

When we entered for my dads birthday they automatically started complaining about our crowd (7 people including 1 kid) , I speak Spanish and so I obviously can understand them talking bad plus the women who speaks English spoke bad and then hid away and sat at booth and made a woman who barely speaks English and was BRAND NEW serve us. That was a problem at its self, my other family barely speaks Spanish, so when we tried to order she messed up a ton! She didn’t give us our drinks for a LONG time completely skipped over my mother when taking orders, gave my niece the wrong food, no silverware and just horrible atmosphere. All the waitress were HORRIBLE. They barely wanted to work and gave attitude the whole time, food wasn’t great, chips were old etc. I used to come here a lot but, it’s gotten really bad. What makes me more mad was how horrible our service was, my dad ended up saying he wished we went to La fiesta or Don Sol instead. The time a week prior to this, my chicken was OVERCOOKED, and I found plastic in my rice. I won’t be coming back, we’ll just stick to Don Luna for carryout and La fiesta for dine in. They have better service there. And don’t take horribly about your customers in front of them thinking they don’t understand Spanish UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
