Horrible experience, kid was high off his mind took him 15 min to take are order for a $7 meal deal and a blizzard he got the order wrong and read it back to us each time with something new he put on it that we didn’t want when we got to the window we tried changing it again and it got fixed thanks to another kid he read the price to are meals then proceeded to read us other peoples meals. at the end we got are food right but give us 2 drinks we didn’t ask for the manger was just standing in the back while these kids were trying to help us and clearly struggling and needing to go home. Never going to this dq agian and expect better management and making sure there workers are presentable.

Definitely the worst DQ to eat at. The staff is pretty cool, but the manager doesn’t know how to treat customers or how to get back to them in a timely manner. We ordered the sauce and toss, what a joke its like they only put a tablespoon of bbq sauce on the chicken strips. They were dry and hard. The onion rings were hard and fries were soggy. I also asked for a chocolate malt and ice cream was not blended. We eat at DQ almost once a week. It’s sad that we travel clear across town to avoid this establishment. Also the place is so disgusting, they are horrible with cleaning up. I would avoid if at all possible.

Went to the drive through and ordered a burger without a bun. The food was good but I should have paid more attention to what I ordered since that particular burger came with onion rings on it and since I can’t have those, it was a sad day for me but also my own fault. The fries were nice and hot with a good amount of crisp and the burger part I could eat was very good despite my mishap in my ordering skills lol

This dairy queen needs to understand that when you have employees with long hair they have to wear a hair net, all of them are not !!! And I did not witness any hand washing at all including the manager!!!!

I ordered a Large blizzard to share w my grandson n I paid $8 for it. 1/2 of the
blizzard had no toppings. I just gave it ti my grandson. None of the DQS can make a blizzard. Laziness!!!!!

Speechless. The first thing I did was go use the restroom. The photos posted can speak for themselves. At 10:30 PM the employees started flipping the chairs up onto the tables, a common thing that is a closing procedure at restaurants. This came off very rude, as I was using the internet and I was well aware that they closed at 11:00 PM. Having been in the service industry for 16 years, I also must state that flipping the chairs upside down onto the tables when customers are still in the building is a major safety violation. I could not use the restroom, and I felt like I was getting the hint to leave. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever be back again.

We went through the drive thru, waited a couple minutes for someone to take our order. No answer, so we pull around to park and go in. I walked inside, waited almost 10 minutes to order and after I had been standing there someone finally took my order (mind you, there were only 4 other people there). I ordered a shake and a blizzard. Simple, right? A family walks in after me, orders right away and waits for their food. They get their ice cream and blizzard almost right away. I’m still standing there, it’s been almost 20 minutes since I walked in. Another lady walks in, orders right away, and gets her blizzard in less than 5 minutes. At this point it’s been 30 minutes. I’m waiting for my TWO ice creams, and someone finally asks “have you not gotten your food yet?” NO OTHERWISE I WOULDN’T STILL BE STANDING RIGHT AT THE FRONT REGISTER. Waited another 5 minutes and asked for a refund. So terribly disappointed.
