I was having a nice time at 9 Beans. I ordered from lovely girls, and they helped me out with my order. While I was eating, the managers and the cashiers started getting into it right in front of everyone. It ruined my experience. Managers need to learn the time and place. Everyone in the establishment could hear it, and it made me very uncomfortable, and I just hated the atmosphere after that.

We had the tamales combination plate, beef and cheese quesadilla, chips and cheese plate, carne asada burrito and beef burrito and every dish was excellent!! The food had a ton of meat, which we loved as it was tender and juicy. This was our first time dining here, and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was having fun together which is always wonderful to see, and they engaged wonderfully with our children.

This morning was the second time I made an online order and it’s the second time I get there and they haven’t even looked at the online orders. Good food incompetent staff. So yes the second time it took 40 minutes to get two burritos because once they were ready they just put them on the counter next to the kitchen and didn’t bother to tell me it was ready.

Nobody warned me about the teen attitude! Holly 9 Beans!! this was my first and probably last visit. I walk in and had to wait for the conversation to end between the girls. No, “hello” No, “can I help you” I got a heavy sight (ugh) “You ready?” Damn! Then it was the eye rolling when I asked for salsa I believe her name was Andrea, so management or owners please put this girl at the back, hide her, she’s scaring your customers. Put her anywhere else cuz she does not do customer service.

Love this place but today on 7/2 I had my elderly mother place an order for me at 7:16pm and the lady that was walking up to cars taking orders took it upon herself to tip $9.87 cents without confirming it. My mother didn’t pay attention not thinking anything of it and the lady took the order and ONLY had my mom sign after she did everything. Usually, they have you go through the tip and questions on their device your own but the lady tricked my mom. I don’t appreciate that and they also forgot to give my mom a couple of the items that were in the order. So disappointing because we usually spend so much money here and this most recent order was $80! I’m giving a 1 star because this experience tainted one of our favorite places now. Do better.
