This place used to be pretty good. We came at 7pm and there seemed to be a lot of people working (6) but they took awhile getting orders out and telling customers it would be 20+ minutes wait, plus they were out of almost everything. Our order came up and the large fries were half empty. I asked for it to be filled properly, the lady who helped me wasn’t nice about it. We sat down and we were missing biscuits. I went back to the counter and the same lady todsed me a bag, no apologies and no “your welcome” we took out our biscuits and they were soggy, white and crushed. The first 3 were salvageable but I took the rest back. The picture attached is one of the better ones, the most cooked?(?) out of all of them. I asked for more napkins because I was only given 5 and the same lady gave me a huge stack! I knew she was tired of me but so was I. We just wanted to eat a delicious meal. At the end, the fries are definitely not fresh so they were cool to the touch and the apple pies I ordered were old and hard. Sweet tea was good though, but left disappointed.

If bad/rude customer service could be rated churches manager named Valarie would be #1 place.
Wait time for food in drive thru was over 45 mins. When finally reached the window, no apologies were given on the wait time. I mentioned it as well, this Valarie chick just rolled her eyes and gave the hair whip and shut the window/walked off. So rude. Chicken was cold to the touch as well.

I need someone from corporate or the DM to get back to me about this location giving out coupons for mixing up my order in the past so they told me I could redeem a free 8pc mixed. The person Jade came at me and my finacé in a hostile matter and starting yelling at us through the window. Why was it okay with the other workers to redeem the coupon they are passing out? Made us feel uncomfortable and being hostile toward their customers. I do not appreciate the way I was being treated and on top of that they did not read the fine print on the coupon stating we can redeem it at any location. The employees here need better customer service especially the so called manger who has been there for 2 years. Never coming back to this location. They did not have their lights on either to see the menu or parking lot. Don’t go here.

Excellent fried chicken with tremendous value. The chicken are all great, it is crispy, it is tasty, and it tasted wonderful. One of the best chicken!
Place is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and nice. Toilets are clean and the place is clean. The tables are well disinfected after being used. Place is also clean. Orders are fast and efficient.

I order ubereats got my 5 tenders meal. The chicken is slimy frozen rubber,and hard. Lost my appetite. I also order the jalapeno bombers which was gross not fresh and cold.

This has got to be the worst service ever! Took almost an hour for us to go thru drive thru and to get our food. Employees were also yelling and arguing with each other in front of customers. Bad and poor service!! All goes back down to management, poor management is what I see and poor customer skills.

Other times I’ve been here, it never looked like this. Who’s in charge of cleaning? Bad communication between employees? Bad management?
Or are the employees lazy? Trash around and on top of the trash can. Most of the tables were dirty.

The food at Church’s Chicken is already so delicious to begin with, but at this one the staff made me feel like I was in such a welcoming environment via their kindness and were great with communication letting me know updates on my order. Best Church’s I’ve been to this day!
