Great ice cream and expansive flavor options! You can step inside and see all the flavors, or order from their outdoor menu. We went after dinner and we were not disappointed. Cookies and Cream and Strawberry Cheesecake was delicious, Mango Italian Ice, and Midnight Caramel were just what we needed to cap our evening. There is seating inside and out, we found a table inside, as all the outdoor tables were taken. We enjoyed the cool comfort inside on a hot day and signage and decor. Kudos to the courteous staff.

A great place to cool off with awesome ice cream treats! The King Kone has both soft serve and Hershey’s ice cream in scoops! They have an extensive list of flavors, Sundaes, milkshakes, and much more. They also have inside dining and submarine sandwiches! The outside seating area is nice on the warm, sunny days and there is a small swing sets for the kids to busy themselves on. There is also a drive through if you’re in a rush and want to stay in the car!

Best milkshake I ever tasted !!! It was soooo yummy.They have inside dining and outdoor seating also.Great place to try out different flavors of ice creams and milkshakes. Nice and friendly staff! Parking lot is small but definitely worth the visit to this shop.

There’s 2 good ice cream shops in Hershey, Milton’s parlor and King Kone. I’ve been going here since 2016 and it’s been amazing service, and amazing atmosphere. Keep up the great work.

I love going to King Kone for their seemingly endless ice cream options! I personally like mixing their black raspberry with chocolate into a milkshake! Their butter pecan and German chocolate cake flavors are also noteworthy! They even have a drive through, making the experience more convenient. Highly recommend coming here for all your ice cream needs!

We go to King Kone all the time and love all their flavors. Tonight 8/6/25 we came to the window. I saw inside that there were four girls working and about 5 customers in the store. Each girl in the span of 5 minutes looked at me in the eyes at least 3 times each. They walked over to the window to take payments and grab a pen. Even to the soft serve. People started to come up behind Met. Another 3 groups proceeded to walk inside of the store. Still the girls looked at me. I figured at least they would take my order before the other people. Nope. Finally a girl came up and said they are only taking orders inside. Then she didn’t even offer to take my order before the other folks that walk in after me. Why make me wait so long? Terrible customer service. We ended up leaving after walking in and none of the girls offered to take my order before the other people came after me.
Please do better.

We both got soft serve ice cream and it was lousy. I got the chocolate/vanilla swirl and the texture was grainy with specks of brown in it. Not smooth and creamy at all. We were very disappointed and won’t be back.
