I was pleased to see that Frankie’s offered Pizza by the Slice, so I requested two slices of cheese pizza. I was impressed by the very large slices and the tasty crust. My only minor complaint is that the slices had to have cheese added before they were heated, as opposed to having a full slice that needs to be reheated. Still a tasty slice of pie, and worth stopping by if you are in the area. The place was very clean and the help was friendly.

The food was good, not great, but good enough. They were closing the lobby and spraying cleaner around where we were eating. I’d probably eat here again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way. The pizza was good when fresh but did not reheat well, was chewy, and almost inedible. The Philly cheese steak was ample and really tasty. Mediocre fries.

Absolutely Amazing & Authentic New York-Style Pizza!
I just tried this place for the first time and WOW—I’m beyond impressed! From the moment I took the first bite, I knew I had found something special. The crust is perfectly thin and crisp with just the right amount of chew, exactly like the slices you’d get in the heart of NYC. The sauce is rich and flavorful, the cheese is gooey and fresh, and the toppings were top-notch.
You can taste the authenticity in every bite—it’s clear they know what they’re doing. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the whole vibe felt like a hidden gem straight out of Brooklyn. If you’re craving real New York-style pizza, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back (probably way too often)!

I m from NYC, and grew up on Rays, and the Golden Pizza.. I was happy to find this little gem of a pizza parlor in the middle of no where North Carolina!!! To begin with, I was greeted with a hello, and a smile… There specials were clearly presented to me, and I had to make a choice of what to eat, off of there decent sized menu…. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could watch them preparing my food in there open air kitchen… I will definitely be back again food was absolutely phenomenal!!!!

Hoping to have a really good pizza from a close by shop but it was so disappointing. Tasteless, but the crust was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even bite thru it much less chew it. Almost $30 for a pizza that I had to throw half of it away. I won’t be ordering again.

We ordered a second time online and we got our order right on time, they didn’t have fries so they replaced it for something else. Have good customer service.

I spent $172 on an order and they had hardly any toppings on my Frankie special 24″ pizza ($41.50).
I called back and spoke to the same girl I placed the order with ; Crystal. I told her what the issue was and I requested some money back. She replied that they don’t do that. I told her I took a picture of the pizza because I knew. The cook told her that he put everything on it. I told her that I would bring the picture to show her. She said “We will remake your pizza with extra toppings” I replied with saying They’re already eating the pizza, I have 15 people here and they’re hungry, do I need to bring the pizza back? She said “No ma’am”. I wait a bit and send my son back up to get the pizza and she hasn’t made it, wants to see the picture and then said “we can give you a 16” pizza. I lost it. I called back and nobody answered the phone. So I called from my nephew’s phone and Crystal answered on the first ring. She then lied and told me that she said she would see what she could do while on the phone with me. I told her she was lying and trying to tell me things that were never said. She refused to give me her name, but it’s on my receipt. This is the worse experience we have ever had here. Usually the good is great and the employees are nice. Tonight they just couldn’t get it together. Messed up a $42 pizza, the wings were over cooked and dry. Then having to deal with Crystal being ride and lying and evasive. I told her I would call back and speak to the Owner. And I hope to hear from him.
