Was my 2nd time eating at a Chipotle and I went for their salad section instead of their burritos this time and was pleasantly surprised. I got carnitas, no sauce, and cheese which was a good combination for me.
They’ve got an indoor and outdoor seating area and usually I don’t sit outdoors but the weather was fabulous. For some reason, there were 4 workers but only 1 was working in the front and the other 3 weren’t helping. Guy working was super nice, patient, and helpful.

First let me start by saying, this chipotle was absolutely disgusting. The doors to the inside of the establishment, were littered with hand prints and food. There were NO clean tables available for seating. The line was unclean and the cash register area was also nasty. When we decided to sit outside in hopes of finding clean tables, the tables outside were also dirty. When I went inside to ask one of the employees if someone could wipe down a table for us, we had to wait 5 minutes before someone even came outside to wipe down the table. There were 3 employees on break, while it was busy and only one person on the line.. this one person was also working the cash register as well. No hand washing in between checking out a customer, and grabbing new gloves to prepare food. Overall, the atmosphere in this chipotle, was horrible. Employees were not very friendly either.
Definitely needs better management!!!!!
We will not be back to this particular location!!! And we definitely will be telling others to go the extra mile to a different chipotle.

Wow, this was a good reminder of why I don’t eat at Chipotle…
They were switching out the empty food containers over the food prep area and the dirty water under the metal containers were dripping over folk’s food!!
The staff was lined up to build your order but it was just a cluster. Wraps were tearing open and they would just double them up. What if the customer did not want 2 wraps…? Half of my protein fell out as the newbie was trying to wrap my burrito and they didn’t even care.
Avoid this location if you can.

Terrible customer service . I got a burrito and guac. They have me the smallest portions . I went inside and asked for a refund or a new order . They refused . I will not be coming back to this chipotle.

I really don’t understand the hype for Chipotle which in my opinion is one of if not the worst fast food restaurant out there and extremely overrated, this location follows the same narrative. All of the food appears to have been sitting out for a while and made me and the people I was with sick after eating. They load the burritos up with rice (primarily) and beans (the cheap ingredients) and further rip you off by charging nearly $3 for half a scoop of guacamole which isn’t nearly that good. The establishment is also not particularly clean either. Overall, Chipotle is a complete scam and a waste of your money, everything is extremely overpriced, this location is no different. No need to spend this amount of money on a stomach ache when you could simply turn on your TV and watch the Minnesota Twins disappoint you when they miss the playoffs again (I’m a Yankees fan). I’d be happy if I never saw a Chipotle again, this place is a joke. They ought to throw in some complimentary toilet paper, rather than napkins.

This location has been spot on with my food. However yesterday I was so disappointed on many levels. I spent almost 18 bucks for a burrito bowl, chips/guac, and pop. The portions weren’t worth the almost 18 bucks I spent. The guac wasn’t filled to the top, fountain pop wasn’t filled up. Also I requested fajita veggies but got maybe five veggies in total. I just don’t get it. Was someone mad that day and wanted to skimp on portions? I understand we are in difficult times but dang. I came here a few times and this was the first time I felt like I got ripped off. Do better.

The complaints about the quality of the food here are valid. I ordered a double chicken burrito bowl to go. After struggling to get through half of the bowl, I had to give up. The chicken was mostly gristle and fat with an occasional bite of edible meat. It also seemed like the sour cream didn’t mix with the other ingredients as easily as it should.
The portion sizes were as close to vintage Chipotle as you can find but when the food is poor quality it doesn’t matter.
The only bright sides: the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.

2/15/2026 9pm. Came in around 9pm, and it felt like they were already ready to close. One staff member was present but didn’t seem interested in taking our order. I had to ask if they were still taking orders, and she said someone else would help us. Another employee eventually did take our order, but the whole interaction felt awkward and unwelcoming.

At 8:30 pm today , no dine in available. Required to order online for anything. My daughter decided to ordered online. It said, the order will be available by 8:50pm.
I was required to use the drive thru to pick up the order at 8:48pm it was ready. Get home with the order and my children and I was very disappointed and hungry. $23 for a steak bowl, guacamole, white rice. Then a chicken, white rice bowl. I’m definitely going to get my money back. NEVER GOING TO THIS CHIPOTLE EVER AGAIN.
Next day 5/13, my son just vomit diarrhea from the steak bowl.

I ate from this place on September 29th and got food poisoning. I have never in my entire life been so sick. Worst experience ever. Lasted almost 3 full days.Will never eat here again. I was actually at work when it hit me. I missed a total of 11 hours of work between 2 days because I couldn’t function with my stomach issues.
