The staff was very attentive. Coffee was refilled without asking. Food was absolutely delicious. I got poached eggs over hash brown. That was delicious. My wife got eggs, bacon and home fries loved them. Highly recommend this place.

It definitely was worth the trip. Lovely place warm, inviting. My server Taylor was a sweetheart. Especially came for the souffle pancakes, so light, airy and delicious a true work of art. Will definitely come back with some more people. The whole menu looked amazing.

Service was excellent here. The coffee is pretty rich, and probably a dark roast if you’re not into strong coffee. I liked it. It would go well with sweet things, like French toast.

I had the ham croissant and potatoes but I wasn’t a huge fan of the croissant. It wasn’t flaky or buttery, but it was fair.

My friend got a build-your-own omelette and I thought it was a lot of bang for your buck compared to other breakfast spots I know that charge per item.

I wish I had gotten a waffle – those looked great!

It was my first time coming for brunch, and the restaurant was as I expected!

I had the fried green tomatoes, Banana Foster French toast and Salted caramel brownie cafe. The green tomatoes were definitely my first time trying and it was Devine. Maybe a little less feta, but worth trying. The French toasts were light and super fluffy, I added strawberries to mine. The coffee was good, I’m not much of a hot coffee gal.

The prices were reasonable & is worth trying!

First off the presentation of the pancakes looks amazing and everything comes out on unique hammer finished plates which screams premium quality but to me that’s where the premium ended (food wise). Yes the pancakes are cool to experience and the process is difficult but outside of that they weren’t worth it. For the most part it’s just a lot more fluff then a standard pancake that takes a really long time (which they make you aware of). I also ordered a side of sausage which was something like 5 bucks and was pretty bland as well (two basic links split down the middle). The eggs Benedict was okay but when I asked my girlfriend if she’d get them again the response was no but to be fair it was crab cakes for breakfast lol not really something I would have ordered to begin with. On a plus side the place looks pretty nice and the server was great.

P.S. Some reviews have mentioned not being able to make substitutions, if that’s true that would be pretty insane.

My wife and I had a great breakfast at Soufflé’s but the only thing that I didn’t like were the grits. They had a very unusual flavor. I tried extra salt, pepper and butter but something was just off. I normally love grits, but this is not how they should taste.

We have been wanting to try this place, and it dd not disappoint! We were worried when we saw how busy the parking lot was, but it turns out they have tons of room and an outdoor patio! The outdoor patio even allows well-behaved dogs! The food and service was great. My coffee was always full! The food was great! We will definitely be going back!

I had the Turkey melt Thursday lunch special. It was delicious! It was served with fries and was loaded with meat. I also ordered the Broccoli & Goat cheese souffle. It was flat, did not rise above the ramakin. Is was not light or fluffy. It was more of a quiche texture. I would not chance ordering a souffle at Souffles again.

My fiance and I ate here twice in one week. We were so impressed, we decided to go back. I had the ham and cheese, with onion rings. The second time I had the Madame Croquet, my fiance had the Over Sea’s Benedict. I’m not a fan of poached eggs, they happily changed my order to scrambled on top. My fiance added sauteed spinach to his Benedict. Absolutely delicious! My fiance commented that he hadn’t had a Benedict that good, since NYC. This is our go to for breakfast and lunch! Do yourself a favor, try Souffle. You won’t be disappointed!
