I don’t have any photos of the plates that we ordered because we demolished them so quickly lol we called in an order at this location in York, South Carolina, and the food was not only fresh and fulfilling, but the customer service was top-tier. The gentleman who answered the phone was patient kind and thorough. He made sure that everything was prepared at a timely manner in freshly made. Working in hospitality in food service myself I know how hard it can be at times. Everything was amazing from the garlic Parmesan wings to the burgers even when my fries got cold they were still delicious. There was no need to reheat anything because the food was just that good seasoned to perfection I hope y’all continue to be a great example to the other surrounding restaurants and continue to. Be the best in the business when it comes to that ranch dressing. I think y’all beat Wingstop on the ranch dressing for sure & those garlic Parmesan wings. I’ll definitely bring my family again anytime.

I’ve been going here for years. We get wings 1-2 times a week here, spend atleast 60$ -$80 each time. Tonight I picked up my order. We had 4 meals, (2 10 pcs wings) shrimp tacos, chicken tacos . I asked for ranch with my wings & tacos with fries. . (no tomato’s) . There’s always something missing, or something wrong. I normally over look it, I do get aggravated when I have to come back up there for a forgotten item.
Tonight there’s tomatoes on the tacos & we have chips not fries. It happens often. I normally let it go, but tonight when I asked for the ranch for my meals. I had 2 and asked for 2 more. I have 4 meals. We can’t share. The young lady rudely told me you have to pay. I told her I’ve never had to pay to get a condiment with my meal. I had 4 meals and wanted one with each. She got the manager & he said the same thing. This was the “ straw” as they say. I eat here, because there’s a lack of options in York. However I will make them myself from now on before I spend another 1$ here. It’s always something & I’ve had enough.

Sooo, this place is going down hill, and fast. We really enjoyed this place…but after a few blunders, no mas. The last straw are the pictures shown. This is a 4 piece tender with fries…..just sad. So tiny. My daughter’s tender looked like a large shrimp. We were told they cut a breast up into 4 pieces and fry them. Maybe they should think about just ordering chicken tenderloins and not passing this as a meal for a hungry individual. Do not come spend your hard earned money at this place.

Wings (both bone in, and fingers) we so overcooked they were dry and extremely crunchy. To hide how over done the chicken was they literally drown them in their nasty hot bbq sauce.
My wife had a cheese steak wrap which was very bland, and mysteriously had something very crunchy in it.
In my opinion avoid the jalapeno cheese fries as it was fries with some cheap shredded cheese and some jalapeno slices (didn’t taste fresh).

DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off the food was absolutely horrible and of I could give a negative star I would. I actually had to call the police over a food order.. To explain, We had an order that was placed online and the girl who placed it, placed it incorrectly. I called the store and tried to explain but I was met with one of the most rude managers I’ve ever dealt with. I asked to speak to the owner to explain my issue with their service and they refused. I then explained that I was going to report them to the health department and the BBB, so I legally requested their business license number. However, they also refused to give it to me, which is a misdemeanor and a business regulation violation for any retail or food service establishment. I was also called a few choice names in the background while they spoke to the owner…. this was the most disrespectful and unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had at an establishment.

Our server was very nice and we understand she was learning, but the other waitress who helped her bring us our food brought one of the Stromboli’s on a disc of cardboard. Personally, when you go out to eat, it is expect to be served on plates. Not cardboard. She seemed skilled enough to know that serving food on cardboard is not right when you pay for a service. No manager or kitchen staff came to apologize for this error. We miss when wing king was actually good. What happened?
