One guy was actually working and getting the food made and bagged while the other guy was on his phone screwing around and took 5-10 minutes before he even acknowledged us & he took my card and didn’t return it immediately after swiping it & held onto it for several minutes before giving it back & acted like he was the absent minded professor & couldn’t remember what drink was what & what type of drink we ordered & blamed the owner/manager for the terrible drive thru service because he was trying to manage the store from Colorado/another state. Took 15-20 minutes before we got our food, drinks, & my card back. Food wasn’t as good as it should have been.

Ordered two original hamburgers, when the lady at the window gave us the hamburgers, I decided to check just to find out that they did not have lettuce or onions on them, as shown. We then had to ask for lettuce and we ordered extra onions so it was a real disappointment to find out no onions at all. The manager as well was there, and the lady at the window told us that they were completely out of lettuce. They should have told us that beforehand. On top of that, they said the scanner for the app was broken and they did not give us a receipt. Overall the food was bad but the fries were hot surprisingly.

Great service. Good people very friendly. Very fast. It was ready before I finished getting my drink. They brought extra sauce to us when it wasn’t ready at the counter. The food was good.

Parking lot had a bit of trash, inside was filthy and some areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. In a very long time. Soda machine was straight up unacceptably filthy. People are going to get sick drinking from it.
The lady that took my order greeted me and was nice. Food was acceptable Wendy’s quality but you’ve always got to wonder if the kitchen is truly clean if the lobby isn’t. I really think it comes down to poor management and managers not holding a standard. Raise your bar and I’m sure you will raise your profits!

Can only give one star for 5 minutes waiting in the drive-thru and I literally had to say are you all even open and finally a lady comes on and says we will be right with you I’m the only one there there’s nobody inside I’m the only one in the drive-thru what were they doing to where she couldn’t take my order need us to say I backed out and left so there you go

This Wendys sucks don’t ever go here you order food and it takes 30 minutes to get when you ask for extra sauce they act funny and give you 100 sauces for 4 nuggets the burgers have nothing but mayo on them! I got the wrong sandwich! And they said we were waiting on fries but got the fries and they were just warm! And to think it was over 5 employees and a manager working it’s very disgusting! And just to be clear this is the night crew on June 11th (6/9/24) get rid of the whole crew working if they don’t want to do their job fire them !

I was driving north on I95 today, I myself wanted a cheeseburger and the misses wanted chicken… I got the 2 for $7 deal… Came with a Dave’s deluxe cheeseburger and a Dave’s deluxe chicken…. Everyone one was happy, others in our party ordered chilli and a corn salad (or something)…. Everyone was happy and the staff was friendly… Food was hot, fresh and delicious… Thank You Wendy’s

Well let’s start with, my chicken sandwich had tons of mayonnaise, I had to take a napkin and take off the excess. The soda machine, OMG!!, that was dirty as hell! Looks like it was not cleaned in days!!. The manager was on site. Also, the two dispensers for the ketchup were empty, and no straw was available. You can judge by the pictures. I may not stop here again. No receipt was provided for my purchase so was not able to report it in the survey.
