The best burgers in Jenkintown, wait I mean in PA, Wait I mean in the USA! I moved to PA a few years ago and have been missing Inn& Out. That was my favorite burger on the west coast. The first time I had a Shake Shack burger was when I was in Nashville a few years ago on vacation. I went back a few times because it was SO good. Inn & Out does not even come close to this place! When I saw that they were opening a Shake Shack in Jenkintown I was so excited to go. Tonight is the second time that I have gone to this location and was extremely pleased with the service and the food. I spoke with the Manager Andrew, and he said they were working hard to get all the issues out that some other people have experienced due to this being a new location. I didn’t have any issues on either of my visits. This is now my favorite burger place of all time.

I ordered burgers and had to wait 2 hours for them to arrive. When they finally came, they were cold and tasted terrible. This is not acceptable. I’ve given this place more than one chance, but it’s simply not worth it. I will not be ordering from here again!!!

The slowest service of any shake shack I have ever been to. It’s no wonder this location is rated so poorly. Store is dirty, they prioritize Grubhub orders, and preferentially prepare orders for employees. Better to go to Nifty Fifty’s up the street.

You can see from this photo that all ten tables have people waiting for food and then 10+ people are awaiting tables.
This restaurant is ill-equipped to handle the food demand.

How about a human to take your order? Perhaps the shakes are good; I don’t know since I didn’t have one. The rest is overpriced and average at best. The lack of competition works in its favor, but I recommend saving the calories. You might be better off getting food from the PetSmart across the lot. The value proposition can’t be worse.

Greasy burgers and worse than average customer service. If you’re going to be a little on the pricey side it needs to be worth it and I won’t waste any money here again. McDonald’s is much cheaper and about the same quality

I went to shake shack for friends and Family and the service was Excellent. The staff were super friendly and though it was busy it was running pretty smoothly and they were pretty quick even with it being packed. I can’t wait to go back! LC helped us at the register and she was very helpful and super kind just like all the other staff!
