It’s a fine experience. Was our first time here and it was pleasant. There was a few important exceptions though. Costumer speaking was 5/5 but her service was kinda bland. She’s very sweet but she didn’t refill the water. Pho noodles were harder than other places. Portion sizes are small for the prices. I got a pho specialty for $15. Every dish we bought was $12 and up. The place is clean but the music didn’t go with the atmosphere. If they could work on boiling softer noodles and having bigger size portions, it would’ve been a 5 star for me.

Awww. Pretty disappointed. Pho was good but everything else was not. Ordered the spring rolls, a pork poboy and the Pho King special. Spring rolls had shrimp that tasted and smelled fishy. The po boy was dry bread with 2 very thin slices of meat and a tiny amount of veggies. I don’t think I would go back as not a good value and only 1 thing of the 3 was ok.

The service and staff are absolutely the sweetest. The pho is basic. The price is absolutely too much for 4-5 very small shrimp. I even got up to inquire about the lack of protein in the bowl. I was told that it only comes with 5. I just left the entire bowl there and left. I have never been so disappointed in a pho spot. $10 for noodles and broth! I feel like I should’ve brought my own shrimp!

I had no idea that this was standard practice. I’ve spent the same for much larger shrimp and more of them. Now I’ve got to drive across town for pho because I paid food and literally got wet noodles.

This is a place I would 100% recommend to everyone! The food was amazing and the service was perfect! We got our food not long after we ordered and we were always greeted and checked on by the sweetest lady. She would recommend some sauces and other items to put into our food to get the full experience (this is coming from a picky eater) please please listen to her. She knows what she’s talking about!! I absolutely love this place

I decided to try this place because I thought the name was a good play on words and it does not disappoint! I’ve been in Japan the past 3 years so I haven’t had good pho in a while and this is the absolute BEST pho I’ve ever had!!! I had to force myself to slow down and savor the rich flavorful broth, but I couldn’t help it I ate it all way too fast and my stomach hurt, but definitely worth it if you’ve never tried pho, try this place! Oh and the Thai tea is delicious too☺️

Perhaps I’ll give them another chance when this corona virus situation ends. But for $25 that’s what I got delivered to me. Deffo not worth it. PS: the rolls are ALOT smaller than they appear in the pics & the peas & small chunks of chicken were really dry.

This was my first experience dinning here. I must say that, despite getting only three stars, I enjoyed my experience here. The atmosphere was very pleasant, friendly and speedy service, and a decent selection of items on the menu.

I had the tossed wings and tried the Pho King special (it had rib, meatballs, and slices of beef). The meats were fine and the rib was especially tender. The broth was light and took some sauces to get it to how I like it, but once I did it was very tasty. The noodles were a fine texture and consistency so no real complaint there. The tea is very good.

Here are my main complaints. I feel that I have gotten more for less at other places. The prices might be a little more that what you’d pay elsewhere, but the portion sizes are on par, if not a hair smaller for what you pay.

So, in summary: If you are looking for pho, this will scratch the itch and do it well, but I believe there is some other places that might be more of what I, or someone else, am looking for.

Mother Pho King delicious! Best Pho I’ve ever had. One side- see if they will bring the steak on the side for rare steak.

My wife ordered the General Tso- that was amazing- crunchy glazed and savory delicious (she shared).

Highly highly recommend this spot!

Brought my kids, and the owner brought toys out for my two sons. Really love the people here. Try this place out!

Decided to try a local restaurant and I’m glad I did! Very authentic and amazing food! The Pho broth was delicious and fresh. Portion sizes are generous and you get so much bang for your buck! Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

In a region with many authentic Vietnamese restaurants, The Pho King Spot doesn’t stand out. Don’t get me wrong, it’s HARD to stand out with so many great places to compete against. That being said, I would recommend making this one of your regular pho spots. It’s clean, great service, good food, and (unfortunately) not crowded. They have a simple menu of classic dishes. Too many places try and serve everything, and they end up doing too much halfway. Pho King Spot does less, but they do them well. And the prices are excellent! For a quick lunch, it’s hard to beat.
