Don’t plan on getting anywhere at any point in time on time. I waited for over 30mins for a pizza and breadsticks and when I asked how long it would be they said wasnt even in the oven yet. They have no concept of time management by any means. I could order papa John’s delivery and get it faster than coming here and picking it up. Glad I had absolutely no plans to be somewhere or else I would have been late as hell.

Ordered my pizza and it took 45 min. I called to let the manager know that my fiance has been waiting in the store for over 30 min since we called it in. Don’t send the code saying it’s ready if it’s not. I asked why it’s taking so long and can someone get a discount off my next pizza and she screamed ‘No” very upset with her attitude. I said ok I’ll just leave a review. Manager was Caucasian..45min really

I preorder online and it was not ready when I got there after there time frame if pickup. The guy placed it in the hot box while I clearly asked about the boxes being mine instead of handing to me which I thought was ridiculous after having to wait. Need to work on their service tremendously..

My overall experience with this place has been okay but this last time that I went makes me never wanna go there again.

I had the best cashier but whoever cut and boxed my pizza made sure to do it in a way that was atrocious and annoying to pull apart. I asked for half and half but when pulling the pieces apart I had 2 cheese slices instead of 4 and 6 pepperoni instead of 4. My fiancée is vegan and I specifically said half and half for this reason.

Order Time: 5:55 PM

Scheduled Pickup Time: 6:12 – 6:17 PM

I arrived at 612 pm just in case it was done early and waited inside

Time the app said it was ready: 6:30 PM (after “cooking” for 25 minutes and “packing” for 5 minutes)

Wait Time at Register: Began waiting at 6:32 PM; cashier was absent for a few minutes. Or when cashier was there they were playing around on their phone.

Actual Pickup Time: 6:38 PM (20+ minutes past the scheduled time)
The pizza wasn’t even in the warmer.

Despite the delay, my biggest issue was that when I finally received my order, the pizza was barely warm. Had the delay been within 5-10 minutes or the food been hot, I wouldn’t have minded. Unfortunately, it was neither.

Called the store when we got home the alleged manager didn’t know much of anything. Called again a day later and impression i got was to bad for you. The store manager told me should have said something when it was picked up nevermind the fact that it was already 20 something minutes late and about 20 minutes to closing. Can’t get a refund even though we are willing to turn in whatever wasn’t eaten (still have it all minus the crazy bread and pizza puffs)

Tried again almost a year later same issue i spoke to a cashier and let them know i was there for my mobile order pick up time was 517 pm to 522 pm i got there at 518 talked to cashier 536 (almost 15 minutes past the latest pickup time) they finally bring my food out

You can tell when people take pride in their job. They try to prepare food with a little love. I don’t think they really care what other people think. I would want you to have a good quality product so you would wanna come back. This one kinda missed the mark.

It’s one thing for a place to be slow because they’re understaffed and overworked—and maybe they are understaffed (no one is at the register and you have to wait to even talk to someone), but this is more than that. I pre-ordered for an event and I placed yesterday to be sure it was ready not so soon it’d get cold and not so late that I’d be late. Not only was it not ready when I scheduled it for, but it was not even put into the oven until afterward. When I was speaking to them initially, they interrupted me and were very unfriendly. You can see the employees moving in the back incredibly slowly, and will notice people at the front and not acknowledge them—just ignore them and continue to move super slow. All the customers who were here behind me are expressing frustration like they’re stunned they’ve been here so long, and people are coming in after having left and come back a couple times with new updates every time.

Again, if the employees were communicative, friendly, and not slacking around in the back, I’d have plenty of empathy and understanding about my food being late. It’s the fact that they seem to care so little about anyone else’s time. Rude.
