Order was placed at 9:35am at the drive thru, didn’t receive my food untill 10:08am. Order was just 3 items. For a 30min wait I was really hoping the food would be excellent but that was a disappointment. Burritos were made with two small tortillas instead of the normal single tortilla. It took two hands to try and hold this thing from falling apart while trying to eat it.
The burritos is the main reason I go to BK but I believe this may be the last.

I don’t think they read the order screen and the customization screen. They just throw something together. This pick up they forgot to put bacon on my bacon cheeseburger and they made the food way earlier than my arrival time and it was just barely warm.

I use to work for Burger King years ago and orders was hot and fresh always…it was a must then. I come to this store and drive thru is okay most times things are correct with my order but never get any napkins. Go inside and food is always room temp. You watch the fries sit for 5 minutes while waiting on the sandwich then when you get your order fries are cold. Also the fries are either cold and extra greasy or they are not cooked long enough. The top bun for the small burgers are not soft like a fresh one should be. The Kearney store beats this one all around.

I came in last week, and while I was ordering, I noticed a gentleman who was homeless. I decided to buy him some food and upon purchase I was told by the manager “Thank you very much, I was going to purchase him a meal with my one employee discount.” They were very sweet and amazing. Super clean facility, and my food was prepared in a reasonable time, and it was fresh!

Would give 0 stars if possible, any redeeming quality this establishment may have is offset by the fact you’ll be waiting over 20 minutes even for a small order. I’ve lived near this BK for 3 years and have only ordered here 4 times for this reason, and this will be the last. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get the sloppiest looking order I’ve ever seen. My wife got a normal whopper with cheese and they couldn’t even be bothered to put lettuce or tomato on her burger. I’m sorry but this place needs to just be shut down, literal waste of time and space.

Placed our order in the drive thru. Was told be right with you. Waited a few minutes. Was hard to get the order right after going back and forth. Made it to the window and paid. Another 8 minute wait. The drive thru person read our order off the screen with out looking in the bag. We only ordered 2 hamburgers and an order of fries and onion rings and a soda. Not complicated. Halfway home I asked my wife to check the bag. They forgot the onion rings. I drove back. Because I’m tired of people being incompetent. I walked in and 3 employees were sitting in the dining area. The person that I talked to was not apologetic and didn’t care. About wasting my time and gas. This establishment will not ever get my business again. And it looks like they could use some.

Showed up 30 mins before close an sat in drive thru for 4 mins before I finally got someone to answer cause it was a door dash than they continued to ignore the car behind me. As you can see they have no orders on screen an proceed to wait 10 minutes at the window for the order what’s wrong with this places night shift like I understand you want out but you get paid extra to close do you job please and thank you.

I paid 3.27$ for a chicken wrap and it came with 1/3 of a piece of chicken, 3 shards of lettuce and honey mustard. There was more sauce than there was anything else AND I asked for no tomatoe, guess what? It came with tomato. Either lower the price or make them with more chicken. This is a little insulting. No way this can be justified to cost almost 4$. Do better.
