Usually great service, but this time we were asked to wait until he finished all the online orders. Very frustrating as he very slowly made each sandwich, longer than it should normally take on a Sunday night. We waited over 40 minutes before we left since I noticed he still had a few more online orders to go still… Even the online customers left since it was taking so long. We didn’t even get a sorry but a “have a nice day” as we walked out without ordering anything. I will not return if he’s working. We went to the Pilot Subway and we were served promptly and very friendly!

It’s a nice store to dine at. They now offer ice cream in addition to the sandwiches. Sometimes a bit of a wait during busiest times. Calling in helps especially for larger orders. Good, friendly service with a few exceptions occasionally.
Subway needs to hit the “refresh” again though. I’m not seeing much of a improved selection or options. Not a great value in my opinion and paying $10-$12 for a “Pro” sandwich is a over the top.

I’ve been to the subway number of times went recently and they said their toaster was not working. I asked your toaster’s not working? They said that’s what I just said. Sorry, but I don’t deal with disrespect well I just left.

Probably my favorite Subway. Boasting consistently rude service and reliably incorrect app orders but the best part is the hair. If you love hair in your food this is the place. Three for three in incorrect orders is something to brag about but two for three in hair delivery is what really sets this place apart. If Donnie ran a Subway this would be the one.

Paid for ice cream at the time of meal purchase, told to let them know when I wanted ice cream then couldn’t get served due to other customers coming in the door. I waited well over 10 minutes at the counter with no one even acknowledging my presence. The other customers noticed, but not the staff. My mistake for paying first.

This establishment is hit or miss. I hate going during the day because there is a manager that, without fail, is rude EVERY single time.
I am not the only customer who has noticed as this manager is obviously rude to everyone.
The last time our family tried to order it was only 7pm and they were out of bread. I was very confused how a company’s whose main business is sandwiches can run out of bread.

Meh it’s subway how good can it be? Odd hours. Bread is hit or miss sometimes very dry. Have seen employees out smoking and not washing hands. Small town service for small town expectations

Place is a dive they had no bread no icecream tables were dirty the ponytailed boy had no idea how to make anything and iv been eating at subway for easily 20 years and never had this bad of an experience for being the only real place to eat in town i guess i thought the service would of been much better needless to say i dont think ill be back id rather drive to grand island or Kearney

Was very willing to write this review. Plan on not going here if they are busy. The workers instantly turn into unpleasant people at the thought of having to do something for the customer. Very unsatisfied.

This was the worst expierence I have had here today the girl was very rude, my mayo taste sour I can not finish my sandwich, a long wait. I have never had a complaint with this store before but It only takes that one horrible time to make you not want to go back.
