Rynn Thai was such a great surprise in the East Village. The space is cozy and perfect for date night or a small group dinner. We ordered a mix of appetizers, for mains the green curry and branzino came out super fresh and delicious. We highly recommend the crème brûlée for dessert. You can tell they really care about the quality and presentation here.
The service overall was friendly and the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely adding this spot to my regular rotation.

I was with the family and wanted some Thai food. My daughter looked up and we were on our way. The thing is we didn’t know there were closing soon but were kind enough to admit us since the kitchen is closing in 15 minutes (it was almost 4pm) and lunch time is already over. We ordered the noodles Pad See Ew,Thai Herbs Branzino,Braised Pork Belly and Fried Calamari as starter. The food were really good and for dessert ee got the Mango Sticky Rice and Banana Roti ala Mode. Delicious!!! Will definitely come back.

Phenomenal meal! The roasted duck panang curry with flatbread was a standout — savory with just the right medium heat. The curry was rich and flavorful, the duck perfectly crispy yet tender, and the flatbread light and beautifully crisp-fried.

I also tried the Tum strawberry spicy salad (not featured in the photos) — be warned, the heat is strong, but in the best way possible!

Everything was perfectly complemented by a Thai iced tea topped with homemade whipped cream that slowly melted into the drink — a creamy, dreamy touch.

For dessert, the banana roti à la mode was divine — like a naturally sweet banana French toast paired with homemade vanilla bean toasted coconut ice cream that was creamy, light, and unforgettable.

A perfect blend of bold flavors, balance, and presentation — 10/10 would recommend!

They were open on Thanksgiving!! Thank you for a great meal on a holiday. It was a one woman show during lunch on Thanksgiving, and she killed it! It was relatively full given not many places are open, and I’m glad I got to share a meal with my friend that just got in from DC. We shared the wings (4 for $15) and the grilled steak ($28).

The wings are so good and crispy and flavorful – my friend really enjoyed them. They were too spicy for me and I think it’s partially because I had a cankor sore lmao. Such unique flavor – this is a really decent option. The grilled steak seemed a bit messy looking but it tasted great, I think its a ribeye cut and it’s just the piece we got. The sauce for the steak is really good – refreshing to balance out any fattiness from the steak.

The steak does not come with a rice, so we got a side of rice ($4). It was such a small portion and it came in the same size bowl as the sauce for the steak, so not a lot at all. It would have been nice to have a bigger portion.

The bathroom is super nice and clean – wasn’t necessarily expecting it and it was nice to experience!

Great food and cozy ambience. Came with office colleague for early dinner and it was perfect. From Thai Iced Tea, to dumplings, surprisingly well made Strawberry Salad, to Masaman curry in main entrees were the highlight. Thai iced tea, salad and curry were the standout as it tasted totally different from other Thai restaurants i have had at. Will definitely visit again to try other vegetarian dishes.

Strong drink nice bourbon and good steak dip.
We came for restaurant menu week, good $16 cocktail deal.

But the service felt very rushed, we were trying to enjoy and eat the food but the dessert got served before we can finish our entree?? Our table still had our Nua Yang Jaew and we were served ice cream… Our table is right by the ac, ice cream is melting, steak is still on the table. Server timing is very bad, we felt very unpleasantly treated. There was three of us and we shared everything it was perfect pieces of wings and drums and egg nets.

Anyway, the bathroom is nice and I liked the chicken wings, spicy sauces were delish for the shrimp and pork with egg net, though I did not get any shrimp in my egg net. Strawberry salad was a good try! Refreshing and had tomatoes and roasted peanut was such a good touch! Khao Soi had good fried chicken but wow the noodles all got clumped together so fast. idk why every dish had to come one right after the other, we had a reservation, and the restaurant had lots of tables available, it was not as if there’s a waitlist of ppl. We did not want to lash out at the restaurant but we feel very upset afterwards replaying our experience.

You were probably expecting a picture of the food but it was soo good i forgot to take a picture made up for it by taking a picture of the dessert . Creme Brulee was okay but definitely worth trying if it’s your first time trying it. I came here for my birthday and the server/owner I believe( such a sweet lady) got a candle, lit it and sang happy birthday for me with my partner. Place wasn’t crowded and had nice great not loud music. If you are looking for a cute lunch date, birthday lunch/dinner this is the place!!!. We got the branzino and steak, all great!! Such a great place, don’t even second guess yourself, get here quick.
