Honestly this Wendy needs to get shut down or ran by someone else because the staff is TRASH. I went in today for a meal and had the worse experience.
Soon as I walked in no greeting and seemed like ghost town , expect for 1 employee but I was greeted with her back instead for 3-5 minutes without even bothering to turn around to see who walked in mind you the door makes a sound for you to hear someone coming in… there I was losing my lunch time because the employee was “too busy”
Before I could even say “hello” as soon as I see on the ground I see a small mice run across from the fries station to the other side place looks dirty already plus seeing that yea I’m straight NEVER AGAIN. If to the managers DO BETTER AND BE THE EXAMPLE. If you don’t like your job and your miserable there KICK ROCKS , but don’t take it out with the customers !!!

We all know how Wendy’s food is. Better than McDonald’s. However the drive thru here is so bad. I’ve come here, especially late at night and waited 30 minutes to go through it. I’ve also come when they were supposed to be open (and had an order on the app) and no one was there and the lights were all off. You’ll get your food faster by driving to Calverton. Hire some more staff or something.

We could have gone on a bad night, but the amount of things that were out of stock/unavailable was frustrating. The soda fountain didn’t have any normal drinks, only some of the diet/zero options were available. There was no bbq sauce or ranch sauce for chicken, which was also frustrating. The food we did get was fine, so no real complaints there, just not quite what we were hoping for.

Insanely slow service. Drive thru was not moving for 15+ minutes. Went inside to wait and found other customers who had been waiting for half an hour plus. Staff didn’t acknowledge it at all. And they were out of a ton of stuff.

One of the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire existence.Got there and already had to wait an incredibly long time because they kept messing up the customer’s order in front of me. Then I tell them I’m picking up an order and they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about even AFTER I told them the name for the order and NO ONE on earth has my name. The teenage Spanish girls on staff are incredibly rude and so are the managers. This entire Wendy’s needs to be done over and I’m calling corporate to make sure something gets done about this. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF you want sub-par food at the very least….go somewhere else

DO NOT come here . The staff are extremely rude , especially the manager who I’m pretty sure has a problem with even looking at Black People for some reason. Kept telling her the name of my order and she looked at me like I was speaking gibberish AS I WAS SHOWING HER THE FULL ORDER I made on my phone with the name of the order included and she still didn’t believe me. Come to find out, the order was directly behind her the entire time and yet she still tried to make it seem like it was my fault. All that trouble for an overpriced burger and fries with a slice of cheese on top. Please go anywhere else if you want decent quality food and service. Also the store looks like the end result of a Six -Man shootout every time I go in there so cleaning doesn’t seem to be on their list of priorities either

unorganized . if you call they pick up the phone and purposely let you hear them talking in the background and keep it off the hook till you hang up . they forgot the nuggets out the kids meal and then made it seem like it was no big deal that i was driving up and down the street wasting gas cuz they don’t know how to check a bag before handing it to the customer . get it together .
