Best bagels ever!! Nice large bagels freshly made & fresh brewed coffee…what a way to start your day. My favorite bagel is cinnamon raisin. Brooklyn’s just was a taste treat in my mouth. This was no ordinary bagel. A work of craftsmanship, is a better description.

Just went through drive through after getting all the way home realized half my bagel look sparce, cashier girl argued that it was made to their standards with proper meat. 3 slivers of ham and a dollop of bacon on a burned bagel didn’t even manage to cut it all the way through.

We were driving home from our vacation in Sleeping Bear Dunes area and I found this place to grab a quick bite. Sadly they didn’t have many bagels left to choose from but it was Sunday afternoon. I was interested in coffee mainly so that wasn’t a big deal. We ordered lox sandwich and cherry coffee. OMG that was amazing. Huge portions and tasty coffee ☕

I frequent this Brooklyn Bagel.
Sometimes three to four times a week before work.
I like what I like and I order the same thing, the same way everyday, it’s always perfect.
During the week that is.
My boyfriend and I decided to go there this morning, it’s Saturday. I got my usual drink and he got a Caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Well, I should say that’s what we ordered.
What we got was a completely different story. We got like three shots of espresso in my drink and no coffee in his drink. It was a cup of milk and caramel. I order extra caramel and an xtra shot in my drink, but they gave me like a half cup of caramel and three shots of expresso.
We couldn’t drink either of them. So I brought them home thinking I could fix them if I just blended them together, I was wrong. There was no fixing them so I brought them back to the store.
I explained the situation, told them I tried to fix it, That I get this drink all of the time and it’s never been bad like this. The manager told the girl at the window that they were not allowed to remake them. So we spent $30 on two coffees and two bagels and can’t drink either of the coffees.
Super disappointed And I won’t be returning on the weekends anymore.
If you want good service go during the week, and make sure Amy is working. She cares about her customers and she would’ve made this right.

Lunch for my daughter and I. I haven’t been here in years and wanted to intro her to it. Mine wasn’t cut all the way through and the bagel was hard as leather to bite. Her tomatoes were pure grainy sand and her sandwich had no flavor with a terrible tasting plain bagel. The chai was delicious but there was a very strong mold odor on top of the lid. She confirmed. NEVER going back

In here Saturday 25th of Oct. The lady working at the register yelled at my family for walking around by where you pick your food up. Not caring how long it’s going to be as it’s always worth the wait. Had an extreme attitude very rude.

Paid cash and still had to pay for the “convenience fee” for a card. Didn’t realize it until I looked at my reciept half way home. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that its automatically applied from the get go. Should be illegal and no one tells you about it.
