I’m not sure what the complaints are about. I was skeptical, because of the reviews. I had a great experience. There was plenty of pizza. The pizza was all fresh. I got there at 11…when the buffet opened.
The employees were friendly and the service was great. I would definitely go back. The nostalgia was a nice experience.

We came for the buffet to relive simpler times. What we got was four medium pizzas and a competitive environment I wasn’t emotionally prepared for. When fresh pizza came out, it was every man for himself.
The salad bar looked like it had been through some things—the lettuce was browner than the Mississippi River.
If you’re considering the “buffet,” don’t. Order off the menu and keep the good memories intact (it’ll be cheaper too).

The buffet experience has been so much better! My family got to meet the new owner and she was so sweet! We have been here before and there wasn’t many options. We gave it another try and we were very pleased! Thank you for the amazing experience we will definitely be back!

Due to my family not being meat eaters we were worried about the options at the buffet. We explained to the manager that our family of 8 don’t eat meat she pointed out several items that don’t include meat. She even threw out 5 cheese pizzas on the buffet for my family. Honestly could not have had a better experience. Very accommodating environment.

The buffet here is a nice experience for a quick lunch with the kids. The availability of the pizza on the buffet is fresh but it is limited.
The team was accommodating and kindly provide plenty of breadsticks & ranch for the kids.
Now with only what looked like one server, miss Jennifer working the floor they kept it neat and clean. We will visit again and bring friends.

Just had to take a moment to acknowledge the customer service we received at this location. Robert took great care of us, we had a lot of questions and requests and he never seemed impatient or made us feel rushed, mind you this was very late almost closing time and you would think they just opened. He took the time to explain and got everything right. I know this is what we expect but as we all know the service bar is in hell right now, so to receive impeccable service and with a smile was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Robert I hope whoever is paying you realizes they have a gem.

Let me start by saying the only reason I’m even writing this is as a retired business owner myself I’m hoping that the owner of this place will see this and realize why at 630 on a Saturday evening his place was dead. Empty..my family and I love coming to Mardi in Biloxi and have done so for close to 40 years..we are from out of town…but it was bad all the way around…as soon as we we walked in the employees walked back outside (they were outside when we pulled up.. the back door was open but the smell of weed could still be smelled strongly.. finally after my son in law went to the counter and just stood there for like 10 minutes they all came back in and and feeling no pain flying high . By that time our kids had seated themselves
..there was trash and food on the floor still no greetings from the employees but the one girl finally walked over there to the register..but by this time we had told her we would just order off the app and walked to our party in which the employees came a few minutes later to where we were and by that time we decided to just leave…didn’t trust them to make our food or even get our order straight…I will give credit to the sole delivery man who was getting his deliveries ready and packed up. He was actually the only one working and not under the influence..this party of 9 was very disappointed btw we are also great tippers but it’s their loss now Do better pizza Hut your ruining a good name

This manager is amazing! We found out she just moved from the Hurley location to D’Iberville. When I found out I had to come see her! Sweetest lady with the biggest smile! She sat down at our booth even tho she was very busy to talk to us. Going to come see her every week from now on she needs a pay raise for sure that woman stays busy!
