The place was not as clean as it could be. The staff was nice and welcoming but the pastry items were old and tasted horrible. These places should bake and offer their bakery items daily. Seems like these donuts were from last week. The drink we ordered was mango pineapple and it was average.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered three croissant sandwiches and it took over 30 minutes to get them — and the store wasn’t even busy. When the food finally came out, my sandwich was burnt and tasted terrible. The staff seemed disorganized and didn’t acknowledge the delay. This was easily one of the worst Dunkin’ visits I’ve had. Needs serious improvement in service and food quality.

The Bavarian donut is a true Dunkin’ classic, but since there’s no Dunkin’ near my neighborhood, I’ve been craving it for so long. When I came to Las Vegas, I first tried the Dunkin’ near Palazzo but they didn’t have it. I ended up visiting 5 different Dunkin’ locations until finally, THIS store had the Bavarian donut! It totally made my day, and it was absolutely delicious. The store itself was also clean, comfortable, and enjoyable to stay in.

Slowest cup of coffee to get in Las Vegas. 30 minutes for a coffee is unnaceptable. There were only like 5 people in line. Employee with long hair pony tail works in slow motion, has a bad attitude, doesn’t acknowledge customers or the chaos that slow service creates for customers in restaurant. Store ran out of all sorts of things, ketchup etc. just poor overall service. Worst visit to a Dunkin ever for me.

I’m leaving this review to request that my mobile food orders be consistently fulfilled as placed, especially when I pay for extra items. I am not criticizing the entire staff. I have been a regular customer at this location for about two years, and most employees are polite, professional, and correct mistakes or apologize when something is missing. Unfortunately, this experience was different. I placed a mobile order in advance through the Dunkin’ Rewards app for a 1:15 p.m. pickup. I arrived at approximately 1:17 p.m. and informed the employee at the speaker that I had a mobile order. I was directed to the drive-thru window, where my coffee was ready, and then instructed to park and wait for my food, even though no cars were behind me. When I received my order, I noticed the bacon was missing from my bacon-topped avocado toast, an item I pay extra for every time. I attempted to get the employee’s attention but was initially ignored. When I spoke with her, she insisted I had not ordered bacon, even though my mobile order clearly shows the add-on in the app. This is the second time this same employee has made that claim. At approximately 1:24 p.m., she rudely stated I could either go back through the drive-thru or go inside. When I reiterated that bacon was part of my order, she told me to wait, went back inside, and never returned. I finally left at approximately 1:26 p.m. because I had somewhere I needed to be shortly. I understand this is fast food, but there is no reason to take out frustration on a customer. This specific item has been incorrect multiple times, which is why I now feel the need to check it every time. If I didn’t want bacon, I would order the regular avocado toast. I am not trying to get anything for free. I am simply asking to receive what I paid for. Management may want to ensure employees accurately read mobile orders and maintain professionalism. The order includes timestamps, and the interaction occurred directly in front of the store entrance, so it should be on camera.

My family visited this Dunkin’ Donuts twice during our stay in Vegas. It’s off-strip, approximately 6 mins from north-side casinos. The surrounding area isn’t great but the store itself felt pretty safe and had plenty of parking. The vanilla lattes were very good and the breakfast sandwiches are decent, but they make a lot of mistakes. On our first visit only one medium latte was made (we ordered 2). Since one latte was ordered with oatmilk the label said MODIFY and whoever was prepping them thought they shouldn’t make it? My husband received some sass when he asked about it but they became very friendly again upon realizing they messed up. Also, a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was requested on a croissant (instead of English muffin) both trips and it was incorrectly on an English muffin both times. So, if you make any modifications prepare for it to not be accurate. On a positive note, we were given some extra donut holes once – the salted dark chocolate and blueberry were my favorites.

I recently visited this location which is about a 15 minute walk from the strip. I had the mango pineapple refresher and loved it! Great customer service fast service!

Cortez went above and beyond our expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable, offered thoughtful suggestions, and recommended drinks that were spot-on. His service truly elevated our experience. If we lived in Las Vegas, this would be our go-to store every single day. Cortez is an absolute standout—thank you for such exceptional service!

Great location. Always good coffee. Staff are friendly. Took time to get my large coffee. This place gets busy. You may have to wait for your food. I love their avocado toast.

This coffee place is amazing. The first time I came was early in the morning some days ago and their drive up was opened. Saved my life because I need coffee just waking up. I can say their parking lot is spacious and capable of handling many cars. This place is close to the airport and very convenient for those that just arrived from a hefty flight. The restrooms are clean and for paying customers only. It has access for people with disabilities. Their staff is friendly and young for the most part. I asked for a recommendation this morning and with a smile the cashier advised me on the midnight coffee. They only have donuts and coffee products for the most part from what I can observe. They have couches.
