We visited this restaurant on 2/28/26. Came in about 12:10pm. There were 2 diners. We were wondering why noone was there at lunchtime. Went to wash our hands and stuck to the floor and continued to stick to the floor throughout the restaurant. There was no soap in the bathroom, EVERY single table was filthy. We were waiting for an appointment, so we stayed. They used to have good food. Considering that we were the ONLY people in there, our food was cold and disgusting. I got a refund on the sandwiches. Manager was very surly, basically snarling at me when I wanted a refund and complained about the state of the building. She was very insubordinate. One employee said that they were hiring and I could come help them out. What? Do your job for all of you so you all can go back to doing nothing? If that’s how Hardee’s wants their employees to treat their paying customers and put out disgusting food,, they can forget about ever getting my money again. P.S. I could run circles around every single one of your so called ‘workers’.

It was after 11 and there was a lunch menu displayed. I had patiently waited around 5 minutes to order and instead of saying “I apologize sir we are behind and can’t serve lunch yet” the rude lady decided she wanted to preach to me about how busy they were, and acted like I was in the wrong for trying to order lunch during their advertised lunch time! I didn’t come here to be lectured by someone who hates their job. And if the lady is a manager, it’s no surprise your restaurant is short staffed!

Service seemed like they were totally checked out from work and were very inattentive. As a little treat, they left a strand of hair in my burger. That’s gross.
Edit: there are even more hairs! Looks like beard hairs. I sent a support request to corporate and will update here if I get anything back.

The food is always great.. This morning while waiting in the lobby line one of the workers (had a ponytail braid) was yelling at the cashier in front of everyone. You can tell it was embarrassing the cashier. Made me walk out. You can not treat people like that.

Stopped in here on Friday a little after 9:00 am on 22 Aug and was awestruck at the young man (didn’t catch his name) taking orders – both at drive thru and the counter. Not only was he efficient at doing so but his pleasant and exuberant attitude was so uplifting and contagious! This is such a rarity in today’s world that I have to publicly commend him! This young man should be an example to each and every one of us including myself! He deserves not only this acknowledgement but a raise as well! Good job young man! God bless you!

Usually only eat breakfast here but it’s ALWAYS fresh every single time. Can’t say the same for Jack’s. This is the only fast food place I like for breakfast before work. Kadale is a standout employee he’s always very nice, hard working, and takes care of customers. Heather is also a good employee she’s always very nice and if my order is ever messed up (which is very rare) she always takes care of it. Just wish the smoked sausage biscuit was a permanent menu item Jack’s smoked sausage isn’t very good.

I believe everyone is quick to always point out the negative, but the positive should be recognized here…… the manager herself waited on me and she went beyond any duty that was required!!
