I believe that employees make or break a business! Well let me tell you our server (Erica) was absolutely fantastic! She was the perfect face to this business! Great recommendation, great service, great food! Prices are very reasonable and they have an very extensive menu! So don’t drive by, stop in and enjoy perfection!

Really good experience for a chain restaurant. Quite honestly I have eaten at “fine dining” places that was not as good as this. Food was great, good portions, fair price, surprising plate presitation… Had chopped steak and the cook shingled it on the rice, great high energy server.

Awesome variety of mixed drinks! The food was good. Service was good. Desserts were Amazing!! For some reason, the floor was very slippery throughout the restaurant. One member of our party with limited mobility and using a cane, had some difficulty. Otherwise, a good decent place!

The food is always good here… My wife and I always enjoy doing pick up from this place…….. The girl who was feeding people and giving the to-go orders was very sweet and kind my order wasn’t finished yet so I went back out to my car and she actually brought my order to my car what she didn’t have to do once the order was finished it helps to have a pretty face but a great attitude is what people are going to remember

Overall we had a good experience. On a Saturday night, we didn’t have to wait long for a seat. Our server was friendly and attentive. One of the people at our table got a sweet deal of seafood and desert, and it all tasted very good. I got a shrimp and steak combo. My steak was overdone, and they brought my shrimp out later, and it was rubbery. The other people in our party were happy with their meals. I am giving it 4 stars over three because the service was that good, and because I seemed to be the only one with a less than stellar meal.

This is the first time that we have been back to 99 in a long time. Our server Sierra was awesome the food however was not the greatest. The marinara was cold, I order the steak well done and it came to me pink, I asked to fix and she brought it back to kitchen. When she brought it back to the table it smelled horrible like propane and it was still pink. They took my meal off the bill because I wouldn’t eat it. My son got the chicken tenders and he wouldn’t eat them, I cook in a concession and my tenders come out better than that.

It’s hit or miss here. I usually eat here because they have a good deal for the kids and who doesn’t love free popcorn. I usually have a good meal, somewhat tasty but one time I got chicken noodle soup. I thought soup should have broth but all I got was pasta, chicken, vegetables. The pasta tasted soggy and it just was weird with no broth. Probably not a redo. Other than sometimes my meal isn’t up to par it is a decent place to eat. The service sometimes can be better and sometimes I have to wait literally forever to get a check but …they do have options.
