I cannot say enough about the staff. From the greeter to the wait staff – everyone is beyond kind and accommodating. I got about once a month with a couple that has both memory and mobility needs. We are not the easiest customers abd we are messy. The couple is always makes a point of saying how wonderful the place is, how kind the staff is and how much they enjoy “getting out”. Even the other patrons are kind and patient with us. Thank you so very much. I assure you, it matters!

Great experience here with my family because the staff were super friendly and it wasn’t too busy. The food satisfied everyone and was very tasty. I had the tempura cauliflower tacos, and they really impressed me. The cauliflower was cooked perfectly. We also had great deserts.

Had a GREAT dinner after work on the last Friday in July at Restaurant 99 in Yarmouth with my best bud for food and fun. We both had the advertised on-line special, which is what drew us into this eatery this night, a combo of beef, scallops, and shrimp. Very yummy in the tummy. Especially tasty shrimp. Excellent food prep and presentation, thank you Chef; expertly served by the experienced waiter, Ed; and reasonably priced. Thank you 99, for being consistently and predictably great. Hope to be back so. Would be nice to see you there then

Today, we visited one of the 99 Restaurants locations. Being a Sunday evening, waiting 15–20 minutes for a table was expected, so I don’t consider that a minus. We were a party of three: two adults and one child. The order sounded delicious on paper: Ribeye steak, chicken tenders, french fries, and Steak & Cheese flatbread, accompanied by a couple of beers. The bill came to exactly $100.
The service, as always, was excellent: the staff were friendly, smiling, and welcoming. Everything matched our previous positive experiences with this chain… but this time, something happened that we didn’t expect.
Right outside the entrance, there was a strong, persistent smell of burnt grill. My assumption is that the grill grate hadn’t been cleaned since the start of the shift. This also affected the main dish — the Ribeye steak. Instead of a juicy, perfectly cooked cut of meat, we were served a charred steak: the fat was black, and the taste had a strong bitterness that couldn’t be masked. And for $30 — it was a complete disappointment. I won’t be ordering this steak again.
To be fair, the rest of the food was excellent — a solid five out of five. But the aftertaste of this visit wasn’t culinary, it was emotional — and unfortunately, it came with a hint of bitterness.

Waiter seemed like he didn’t want to be there but he did unexpectedly kind things. My BIL and I had the ‘Top’ sirloin steak, and it was too gristly to cut up never mind eat. Broccoli was basically raw.

This was my first time eating at 99 restaurant and I’m glad I came. The food was delicious and my drink was amazing. Although the place was crowded, the staff were very friendly and attentive. They had tables blocked off due to covid and they had disposable menus and you could also scan the QR code to look at the menu online on your phone

My husband and I go here all the time for dinner! We love the chicken tenders and honey mustard! It’s always so good! The honey mustard here is the best I’ve ever had! The mozzarella moons are to die for!! Staff is always so friendly! Will be coming here many times more!
