The food was delicious as always. The dessert was amazing. I want to go back soon to have the same dessert.

First off arrived at 610pm on Feb 15 as I was walking up could see that there was tons of open tables walked in only to be told that we need to wait 25 to 30 minutes. Finally got my table the waitress was amazing ordered two Tbone stakes both medium rare mind you this meal is 36.99 got my dinner the stakes were well done not even close to what we ordered most of the time I dont complain but for that price I should get what I want. So disappointed with this experience.

I recently put up a not so great review on this restaurant. And almost as quick as it went up, it was taken care of. People and places all have off days. Not everything is perfect all the time. I did not have a great visit last time I went. But the manager was quick to take the time to not only get a hold of me personally, but to apologize and make things right. Which in my book is something most people don’t do and makes a huge difference. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and keep up the great work.

We had a reservation but they weren’t ready for us & then gave our reservation to another party! My cheeseburger was never hot. Salad was average. Companions seemed happy with their choices.

This latest visit was for celebrating my son’s birthday, and he stated he wanted to go to 99 Restaurant. Service was great and the staff were friendly. Food was well prepared and hot. We were seated promptly and plenty of seating available. Will keep coming back here!!!

Came here on a Sunday with my Brother and my two children before going bowling at Bowlero in Chicopee.
When I say that I was disappointed, it’s an UNDERSTATEMENT. (it’s a long one, so bare with me).FIRST, THE Hostess, (he seemed like he did not want to be there) Doesn’t even say “Welcome to Ninety-Nine” or anything like that just asks how many. Says “4?” I say yes. He says, “Follow me.” He stops at a booth and puts the Menus down and just WALKS AWAY . He looked like he was upset or something, idk. That should have been my sign to just walk out and go somewhere else right? Our Server (whom I wish I remembered his name) was honest the the only best part of the night came to the table and was very kind and smiled. We knew what we all wanted to drink and wanted for appetizers as well. He came with popcorn and drinks quickly and soon (about 10 min appetizers). The appetizers were probably the best and edible part of the whole food experience: Boneless wings and skins sampler and another set of boneless wings for my brother.y brother finished his drink quite early and our server asked if he wanted a refill(he was attentive with this throughout our stay here) andhe did get another.
The food took a bit to come out(about 20+min), but it didn’t bother us much as we are pretty understanding about a place getting packed on weekends.
When the food finally arrives to the table, our Server lets us know to be careful with my youngest son’s dish(plate might be hot and so might be food) which any parent can appreciate as you know how young children can get antsy.
For reference, I had the country fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. My brother had the chicken parm Pasta, My oldest child had Medium-well Broiled Steak tips with double fries and my youngest had a cheeseburger with fries. Here’s where everything starts to go downhill, I noticed my Oldest son wasn’t really paying mind to his steak tips. I asked him if they were alright and he points to 3 and said these are, but these aren’t. Then I checked the others and they are definitely undercooked. More of the medium-medium rare if you may. For reference, my son is on the Autism Spectrum and just started partaking in Steak a few months back and texture is a HUGE thing(this is the only way he will eat it), so he was disappointed. I reassured him it was fine and mistakes happen. I asked if he wanted something else, he said yes if that was ok. I told him of course. Our server comes back to check in and I inform him about the Steak. He was very apologetic, as was I because I understand having to run around extra for more food . He reassured it wasn’t a problem. My son ended up with a cheeseburger well done.
About two min later, I noticed my little one had not touched his cheesebure yet, even after I put ketchup and cut it in half. He said it was nasty. When I checked the burger it was just pink and raw through. It’s as if was placed on the grill for a short time and that was it. I felt guilty for not noticing. Our server came back and I apologized for bothering him again and explained what happened this time and he even seemed bothered by it. He offered to replace the meal of course. My little one lost his appetite . I asked the Server if they had fruit because he loved fruit and he said mandarin oranges. My son loves those. The server came back with mandarin oranges and took the burger(little one wanted the fries “for later”). My son’s face lit up when he saw the big bowl of mandarin oranges and ate almost all of them and said they were so good. Our server came back to check in and I thanked him and informed him that he loved them. My meal was perfect. My brother informed me he wasn’t a fan of his. His chicken parm was good, but the pasta and sauce lacked flavor and the sauce just slid right off the pasta. I did noticed my oldest son only took two bites of his burger. Realized later it was burnt!!! (seemed intentional?)I tipped our server 22% because he deserved it of course☺️. Won’t be coming back though We used to love it at Ninety-Nine…What happened?!

Nice customer service but service lacking everything served at once. Main entrees done well, moist & flavorful shrimp, beef, and the mashed potatoes were tasty. What was disappointing is broccoli. Better coffee, the drinks are tasty & it’s a family environment.

5/23 8pm Served me completely raw swordfish. Felt like a cold wet sponge. Fortunately I know what correctly cooked swordfish looks like or I could have gotten seriously ill. The manager, deeply focused on scooping sour cream onto baked potatoes, couldn’t take 2 seconds to apologize for almost putting me in the hospital. However I really do appreciate them leaving a bucket next to me in case I did decide to eat raw swordfish and vomit. If you’re going to eat here make sure your life insurance is up to date.

10/9/25 UPDATE: Thank you to the store manager that reached out , called me, was honest and down to earth. She recognized that the quantity was lacking and that it was prob an off night. Thanks for going that extra step and for reimbursement . 🙂 good customer service

Just got home from working a twelve hour shift on a busy hospital unit, ordered ninety nines boneless tenders for 14.00 dollars, got home and opened this !? 14 bucks for 5 tiny chicken scrap tenders!!!?? Wow, just moved here , been going to 99 for 30 plus years from Salem NH to Gardner ma, never seen such a rip off. Poor quality control. Won’t go here again.
