Great place. Bartenders are great. Hambergers, chicken strips and other great food. You could play darts, pool and they have 2 Schuffleboards. Video poker machines. Come and have fun.

Popped in for some lunch on our anniversary, and this little place didn’t disappoint. Kinda cute and reminds me a lot of the ‘hole in the wall’ places you find in bigger cities.
The menu offers your ‘bar food’ favorites. The chicken sandwich was delicious. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and it looked delicious. He didn’t talk much while eating it, so… that sounds like a win to me.

99 Bar & Grill will be my regular Winston, Oregon refreshment stop for each VA appointment I have in Roseburg.
They even provided a variety of individually packaged condoms free of charge in the men’s restroom!!
I didn’t have time to try the food, but I will the next time I pass thru Winston Oregon!!

Fun place to hang out with great bartenders and have real good food as well. Could use a little fixing up but it has gotten better the past few years. They have 2 pool tables shuffleboard Plus 6 state of Oregon Lottery games for entertainment. There is also a smoking deck that overlooks Winstons Main Street

The food is incredible… burgers handmade, fries freshly cut… service excellent. Don’t let the exterior fool you. They are very accommodating and understand they now serve liquor along with beer and wine… I was good with the microbrews though… good local microbrews on tap. Give it a try especially since their renovation. so they can survive please! Not nuch else in Winston that has good food to choose from, glad I chose here. Will be back!

great atmosphere!! amazing service! love the bartender jazmine! was in there on a busy Saturday night! and she was running the place alone, did a fantastic job,without showing any stress! VERY goos vibe in this bar!
