This Halal Korean-style spicy boom boom fried chicken is so yummy .
It smells wonderful even before eating and its not just because Im fasting.
The cashier was so nice and friendly.
Also the wait time for 6 pieces of chicken took longer than my order of two House fish soup from Nai Brothers next door. However, its due to the cook to order and freshly made meals. Call ahead and order, well worth the wait.

I like this franchise and wanted to try this spot for a quick bite. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and was greeted. The place is a small and cozy spot. I ordered several items from a nice lady. I ordered:

My favorite was the spicy chicken. My least favorite was the roasted chicken. All in all I had a good experience.

Went here to primary try their burgers. We ordered single, a double burger, chicken sandwich and an order of fries. Because our order was over $35 they gave us 2 free wings. The burgers were ok. Average at best. They had flavor and were cooked correctly. Took a very long time to get out food. 40mins!! They were very overwhelmed with orders. The chicken sandwich was really good and the wings had a little kick to it. The pickle sauce was good and I’d recommend it.

I bought two burgers and fried chicken from 98K, and the experience was unacceptable. When I got home and opened the food, the lettuce inside the burger was completely yellow, wilted, and clearly not fresh (see photo). It looked old and inedible. Serving ingredients in this condition is very unprofessional and feels unsafe. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

Just ordered a classic crispy chicken burger and was compelled to immediately write this review. This placed used to be amazing for their chicken sandwiches. Look at their old photos. The sandwich used to be double the size and double the chicken. I understand things are tough but this type of cost cutting makes me not want to come back.
Flavor has also gone down as well. Used to be 8.5-9, today it was 6.5-7. Not a bad sandwich by any means but shocked that I’ve been jipped.

Absolutely great chicken wings are out of this world, moist and the 3 peice chicken was phenomenal smoking hot chicken was made the way chicken is supposed to be made , will not be disappointed!!!! Look at them bones , the DOG wouldn’t want them bones !!!!

Chicken is solid, well fried crispy and surprisingly not oily. The price is pretty great too especially for the combos. One star marked down cause they consistently take a long time but it’s made to order so I guess that’s a plus.

I have tried numerous other halal burgers and really wanted to like this. The burger was bland and almost rubbery. It was covered in mayo and lettuce. Was not a fan would be good if it could be seasoned.
The chicken however was great, lots of flavor. The chicken sandwich (spicy) and chicken nuggets were crunchy had nice seasoning and seemed fresh in comparison. The chicken here is def worth a try. Also had corn nuggets which were good too.
They have different deals every day of the week and if you use the app in the window you can also get discounts.
Overall pretty good spot for chicken. Will def return to try other chicken options. Always appreciate others bringing halal to the neighborhood!
