Showed up for lunch to avoid the dinner crush. Heard nightmares about how long people had to wait for a table at night. The restaurant is fairly new (parts of it was still under construction) and it had sister restaurants and establishments surrounding the area. Although there was plenty of parking at lunch time, I can imagine it to be packed at night, with limited parking. Overall, the food was good (the pork was great) but we had better in other Korean BBQs (the steaks could be better quality.)

The sides are overly sweet but ok, meal is priced quite high, automatic 18% gratuity not dependent on the party size, $1.50 extra for a bowl of rice. Their smoke evac system needs to be air balanced.

I’ve been driving by 9292 for some time now and always say “I need to try that place some time.” Well, I finally did. My husband and I decided to beat the Valentine’s rush by going out for dinner a couple days early. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table. It was a random Thursday evening, not too busy. We went with the Unlimited Option B, since unlimited options were recommended by other reviewers. Unlimited Option A has two less meat choices, but regardless of what option you choose you will be plenty satisfied with the quantity of meat. Our server was friendly and made sure we had all the accompaniments we needed to go with the meats. I enjoyed the variety of kimchi as well as the mushrooms, bean sprouts, and cheesy corn. Our server ensured the meat was cooked appropriately and changed out the grill as needed. We also tried a cocktail, the Korean 75 and some red wine. Both were delightful. We were given popsicle options for dessert…I chose the coconut and my husband tried the strawberry; both were good. We would definitely come back. There are also a couple other 9292 businesses in the same complex to check out. Thanks for a great experience! 🙂

Overall the place is nice and the service is decent. Waiter could of been more interactive with people instead of just randomly appearing. The menu should explain better what’s sides are offer when you pick the all you can eat.

This was our first time at 9292 and we LOVED it. We had been craving a good bowl of naengmyun (which we have very high standards for), and this hit the spot!!! The combo #2 was definitely enough for 4 people and we left with a lot of food to take home. Even the banchans were excellent.

Horrific customer service. I called they and they said the kitchen is closes at 10:30pm I got there 10:15pm they sat us then the manager Kimberley she’s a horrible manager keep tracking the time and saying you got 6 minutes to order we was in a rush to kick us out. The owner should know how to run the business not just your money. I owned 3 businesses to me the customer service is number 1 no matter what. it is easy to start the business the hardest part is to run it. Unfortunately nowadays no one wants work and they complain the economy is bad. I don’t recommend this place at all. When you pay for something you want the best for you. Hopefully the owner reads this and makes some changes. Or Mr Kim reach out to me so I can train you how to run your business.
