The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Coffee and teas are 10/10 in flavor and aethstetic. The barista we had was very friendly and informative. Overall it’s a nice shop to go look for decor or to stop in for your daily caffeine fix. I highly recommend!

Hello! I have been in detroit lakes my whole life. I just found the coffee shop within this wonderful store. I highly reccomend stopping by. The staff member who helped us was so kind and polite. Me and my brother compared the coffee to another store and it was 10/10 better!

Watch out for the blueberry fog, I think it is a seasonal drink… It’s one of my favs and I love it hot. Yum!! They have many options and can adjust to your taste/need. The atmosphere is great also. I love that my adult children often go here to hang out with friends. It’s a sweet spot in our little town.

If you walk into Lit and make a beeline to the back right a small cafe that serves a bit of bakery, a good amount of small batch coffee, and a few teas. The server was very kind. I asked him a bunch of questions but didn’t end up ordering anything though others in my party did. I was disappointed in their tea selection. The cherry chai was fine for the average American but for those who are purists it’s way too sweet. I prefer a spicy chai. My husband enjoyed it though. They use agave to sweeten their matcha drinks. The powder they use is fine for what they make. No need to waste high grade matcha in a sweetened drink. None of the bakery is dairy free though I think one thing was gluten free.

The staff was super friendly and suggestive of unique drinks which was fun! Some people in my group loved their drinks and some weren’t expecting the unique drinks. It was in the midst of a cute store that was fun to look around and there were spots to sit at and enjoy, would recommend making a stop for sure!!

Nate was delightful – so kind and helpful! We chatted and got some unique nitro cold brew drinks that were on tap. Clean and streamlined space that compliments the atmosphere of Lit! (the shop that it is located inside of)

Their hydro teas and coffees are so good and tasty. The young lady behind the counter has such a nice personality as well. The store is unbelievable too, I could stay there for hours, everything they have is just beautiful. Can’t wait to be back!!
