Let me tell you guys! 901 Hotpot is something everyone should experience at least once! Went with almost 30 people and our waitress Destiny was amazing! She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, accommodating with us having such a large group of 1st timers, and overall a joy to have as a waitress! The wings on the bar were outstanding (just may have to wait for more to be cooked, but with such a large party and other people dining in, it was to be expected.) Take the time to make your own sauce because it enhanced the already delicious food! A must try for sure and make sure to ask for Destiny!

This was my first hotpot experience and it was amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, there’s an energetic vibe with the neon lights. The tables are fascinating too since they’re setup with cooktops. My server was incredibly patient and kind as she explained the menu and cooking process. I was further floored by the sauce bar where you could mix your own sauce concoctions or to play it safe, there’s some suggested combinations listed on the bar. There’s also a small area of traditional American fare like fries, which I didn’t try. I was further impressed by the frozen drinks that were included with the hotpot price. However, I was not prepared for the level of excitement of the robotic cat server that delivered my food for my hotpot. It’s incredibly adorable and smart. Most importantly, the food was great! But I do not recommend pork belly in a hot pot because that’s basically boiled, wet bacon. Overall, this is worth trying.

I asked for a bowl to eat hot pot, and after 20 minutes, no one paid any attention. I’m a regular customer here, and this is the first time I’ve encountered this. The manager came to talk to me, but I told them they didn’t understand, even though I pointed to the bowl. Two staff members came out twice and still nothing. Terrible service. I pointed to the bowl and wanted them to stop, but no one understood. If you don’t understand, you should at least stay and see what I need before leaving. I still paid for the meal in full and will never come back. The bowl I pointed to was what I wanted; I pointed to it twice, and the staff turned away and didn’t come back. If you think I’m wrong, please double-check if I’m actually pointing to what I need. If you say you don’t understand, then I’ve already used the action of pointing to it, right?

It was our first time & after reading some of the reviews we were slightly nervous. Thankfully DESTINY our waitress helped up SO MUCH! She was very informative & made us feel very comfortable. Also another server walked by and checked on us several times and oiled our BBQ for us. He was very nice. The little robot was too cute! We learned quickly to make sure enough oil was on the bbq & actually added some oil and seasonings to our meat prior to cooking. It really helped. The pork belly was DELICIOUS! Also the seasoned& spicy bulgogi were our favs, with the house sauce. We were impressed and overall had a great experience. I suggest start with a few dishes to share because you will get full fast & portions are not small.

The atmosphere is very cool, with the lights and beautiful marble. The server we had was okay, I’m vegetarian and waited last to tell my order, but he dismissed me and told me vegetables were in the food bar. They were not (I wanted mushrooms and tofu, they only had lettuce) which resulted in a long wait until he came back to get my order of stuff I actually wanted. Then the grills easily crusted over with burnt material and take very long to cook, especially vegetables, so they didn’t cook well and the meat my friends had got burned crusts from the grill. I love the idea but it didn’t really turn out as great as I expected.

It is an interesting concept, but considering the tables seat 6, you either need 2 cooking areas or a much larger one in the center of the tables. We ordered several different types of meats and tried to match them to the pictures but some dishes didn’t match and many were so similar we didn’t know what was what. Our cooker was not turned up hot enough until near the end of our meal because an employee saw and heard us struggling. That was your mistake, especially since we said it was our first visit. The robots were cool. But we won’t be back. Been there, done that, not worth a return trip.

It was our first time having both hot pot and Korean BBQ and we were definitely not disappointed. The entire experience was great and we were talking about it for days after we left. The highlight for me was the DELICIOUS garlic pork belly and the beef bulgogi. The robot waiters/servers were adorable and our actual server was amazing too. She did a great job of explaining how everything worked since it was our first time and she was very attentive. Over our experience was a 10/10 and we will definitely be going back
Update: it’s been a few months and I just went back today for lunch. Noticed a few changes here and there and enjoyed them. The wait staff isn’t quite as attentive as the first few times I went but still pleasant. Still a 10/10 and we’ll definitely go again

Came here on valentine’s day and received excellent service. Wait time was not as long as I expected it to be. The ingredients were fresh and delivered promptly. Waitress made sure we were comfortable and okay the entire time. 10/10 restaurant, would definitely come again.
